Paid for 2 bottles of perfume costing RM1,378 but did not receive. No reply whatsoever from the website.

The perfume I ordered was not original fragrance and when I asked the store to return it same day, they refused. It is very disappointing to see such cheating of customers.

Once, I ordered Narciso Rodriguez for Him EDT grey opaque bottle. The perfume is very rare and hard to find as it's discontinued. My money was already transferred to their bank account but I never received any news of my purchase whatsoever. No way of contacting the seller. No way of telling whether they actually had the perfume I ordered or not. Never trust this website. It will take your money and not give you anything in return.

Firstly, item was either not shipped out or they lost it (the latter is what I was told). They then resent it and I received it another 3 to 4 weeks later. This is 2 months after I initially ordered it.

I initially ordered 2 items and one was not available so they did refund that 1 order.

Once receiving the remaining item, looked genuine enough (I bought a Nicole Miller Black) but there was a label at the bottom of the bottle that says Made in China. The fragrance also doesn't last. So it's fake.

They are scammer. Items didn't ship out, customer service never reply, I can't get refund. The worst.

This is the most trusted online shopping perfume company I ever dealt with.

All the products are original and very good taking care of.

These 3 years I never buy perfume at the Sephora or any outlet at the mall. Very easy, just order online, do online banking transfer (saver) than using credit card.

Don't buy from these scammers. They will sell you something online when they don't have it in stock. They don’t even let you know that this happens until you chase the order and then they try and sell you something else. Dodgy business, extremely poor service.

Zero customer service, will not ship items out. Scammed out of around $4000 HKD.
Do not buy from this website.. unless u wanna lose out on money

I had a very disappointing experience with PerfumeStore.my. I placed an order that was supposed to contain two perfumes, but I only received one. Here is a summary of my frustrating experience:

Initial Contact: I contacted customer support immediately after receiving my parcel with only one perfume. They asked for a picture of the item and packaging, which I provided.

Response from Support: Despite my clear communication that I only received one perfume, the customer support representative, Gabriel, insisted that the package contained two perfumes according to their packing video. They repeatedly asked for a picture of the items, which I had already sent and confirmed that I only received one.

No Resolution: After several follow-up emails and requests for a copy of the packing video, I received no helpful response. The customer service was unresponsive and did not address my issue properly. It has been weeks, and my issue remains unresolved.

Escalation Ignored: I even mentioned that I would escalate the issue to the authorities if not resolved, but this was also ignored.

Conclusion: PerfumeStore.my has shown extremely poor customer service and a lack of accountability. Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved. I do not recommend this store to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

They are ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! Ordered online, just got my money but never shipped my item, nor replied to queries. Facebook page is also an ABSOLUTE FAKE without any ratings nor comments. Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk should collaborate to ban and wipe out online scammers like this people. All the negative comments in this website are authentic from all victims while the scammers team up and make up so-called positive comments to make them look good. You may take my money but LIFE will surely get back to you hard. May you have all bad luck for the rest of your lives!!!

Great first time purchasing experience. Its so convenient having my preferred fragrant delivered to my doorstep on time. Package was carefully wrapped and seamless communication throughout. Highly recommended 💥💥💥💥💥

It's been almost 10 days and still no tracking number. E-mailed support with useless response that tracking number will be e-mailed... no s**t sherlock.

Also all the 5 star reviews here are obviously fake.

Good and fast delivery, original products

I ordered 2 perfumes and they were in good condition and the delivery was quite fast. Also gave free gift which was a pleasant surprise. 100% authentic and recently manufactured as I even went to check on the manufacturing date after receiving them. This is my first time ordering and will order again soon.

This is an update to perfumestore
and NO item was delivered to me. SUCH A SCAM

I found myself in a subscription of £24 which i cancelled and still they took money from my account putting me into an overdraft because i had never budgeted for this. I spoke to some lady on their live chat and she kept saying that i agreed to the subscription and will not get a refund. I find this appalling to say the least and shall make sure that everyone around me do not find themselves in a situation like this. Im really disappointed!

Product ordered 3 months ago is still showing as processing and they do not respond to any contact attempt.

it's a great experience each time. i find some rare perfumes here and service is great as always.
