I’ve placed an order with this company and never received my package and they not responding to my emails and I can’t get hold of anyone. Refund my money. You’re scammers. Don’t use this company. Otherwise you’ll lose your money

So basically this company acts illegally and steals money from its customers, there is no refund given if you ask.

I wrote them about a CF-Express Type A card that went bad on me. I explained to them that I lkost an entire day's worth of footage, and they kindly and without hesitation sent me a brand new card free of charge. Excellent customer service!!!

The first lens is received did not work (AF defect).
pergear supported well by delivering tipps and firmware updates.
The communication was a bit slow at times, but finally the lens was replaced with a new one and this is working as expected.

I was purchasing the Trisio Lite 2 and I asked the support by e-mail what the difference was between the standard and the more expensive "rotating adapter" version available to buy. They specifically told me that the rotating adapter is not included in the box and I have to buy the more expensive version to have it. It turns out the adapter IS INCLUDED in the standard set and I ended up with two of them for no reason. When I tried to return it they were slow to reply and demanded me to pay for shipping. When I refused to pay and asked the support for a shipping label, as they were the ones that misled me into buying something I did not need they completely ignored me and stopped replying to my e-mails.

My order, PG14859, was not delivered by the shipping company they used, Wanbexpress. The message I received from them stated, “Package failed to be delivered. Customer is not reachable.” I have contacted them multiple times, but they have shown no interest in resolving the issue and have not responded to any of my support requests. Notably, the shipping company Wanbexpress lacks any contact information.

I ordered a lens and saw online that shipping was delayed, even though the shipping address was correct. I reached out to Pergear with my concerns and they followed up the following business day and answered my questions. Luckily, I did receive the lens I ordered the day after I send the e-mail. The lens was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. This is the second lens I ordered from them and would definitely do so again.

When you buy a Leica camera, you should think that taking pictures with a Leica is more about a philosophy of life and style. You should not forget that if you have a monkey, you must also have a banana. In the case of original Leica lenses, it is a really expensive banana. We bought one original Leica 50mm. While looking for a second-hand Leica lens, I found reviews and discussions on the Internet about the 7Artisans WEN 35mm F2.0 Leica M Mark II. I bought it from Pergear and I am fully satisfied. The 7Artisans WEN 35mm F2.0 Leica M Mark II is a magic alternative 35mm lens. The lens is sharp, has beautiful bokeh even at 35mm. Vignetting disappears completely from F2.8 and sharpness is added even in the corners. I also appreciate the personal approach and communication of Pergear support. Thank you Lemoine.

I am an affiliate marketer. They scammed me out of $1.2k. I tried to comment on their posts on social media and they deleted them all. This is a scam! I sent them hundreds of messages demanding money but didn't get any response. But when I pretended to ask for an order, they replied almost immediately. Boycott this scam brand!

Excellent T2 Pro camera. I use this in the field for hunting with my Goshawk. I'd be lost without it.

Their communication is horrible. They take 3 to 5 days to respond. I receive a lens with broken seals. It is taken for ever to return and they charge a 20% restocking fee.

I made two purchases so far (14 mk2 and 60mm macro mk2 Pergear lenses), 6 months apart. Both deliveries were quick, products as described. Support provided invoices. As far as online shopping experience goes - I have zero complaints. Products were at the best price available in the entire internet.

I reached out to them twice after seeing multiple reviews on here saying their orders were not shipped due to being out of stock with Pergear doing absolutely nothing to alert the buyers about the items being out of stock. I asked them if the item I ordered was in stock as it hadn't been shipped yet and have been ignored both times. Unsure what to do about it now as they have my money but no correspondence on their end.

I bought a lens directly from Pergear France, I need to return it. 2 weeks ago they asked me to show pictures of the lens (unused and unpacked) and they would send me return information. 2 weeks later and 3 follow up emails, no response, no response from customer service by email or phone. Buy on Amazon, this way you have the certainty of being able to return

The ordering experience was easy and the item arrived in good condition. They were also responsive via a question I had via email.

It's a scam, plain and simple. You pay and they never send anything.

Ordered a lens on 06.05.2024. On 21/05/2024, the item has still not been sent. Not a seller I would recommend.

My lens arrived with focus ring tightly adjusted and I was unable to unlock it at first time.
