Unreliable, unprofessional, not honoring my rights as a customer.
I ordered a jacket. Instead, they sent me glasses.
My rights as a customer in this case is that the company should fix the problem by either total refund or sending me the right product. They can ask for the wrong goods back but are to bear the cost for the shipping fee and import tax and any other expenses bound to the return of the wrong product.
After a long e-mail conversation it is clear that they will not send me the jacket (I am now wondering if there ever was a jacket at all) and they will only "refund" me if I send back the glasses AND pay for the shipping.
I am looking in to how I can report this. This will do for now.
