Do not do business with this company. They cannot be trusted.
My selected shipping option was changed (downgraded) TWICE, unauthorized, by someone in your organization who had access to the web page. Your customer service was unhelpful, unresponsive and could only tell the same information I had access to online. “Our system shows”. … your “system” was manipulated.

Audrey
Audrey, our customer service person, was excellent. She helped us resolve our issues. That being said, our main concern was with model 13058E TV console with realflame firebox. Audrey helped us to obtain the correct bottom panel after 2 tries. Assembly of the actual console went well. Screwing the firebox into the console was impossible. The allen wrench provided had a short handle that required putting your hand in the space between the cabinet and firebox to tighten the screws. The space is 2 inches. Even though I have smaller hands than my husband, it was impossible for me to reach in, hold the allen wrench, and tighten the screws. After working on it for over 30 minutes, we gave up, and used a drill and our own screws to secure the firebox. Very poorly planned assembly/construction. One of the edges on the top panel already also has a small chip. I questioned the piece's durability. Update: After submitting my original review, I did receive a response from Perigold saying they would pass on my feedback to the furniture provider. I appreciate them doing so and hope it helps future customers who purchase this product.
