Well, I think even one star is too much.
Have sent numerous emails to enquire about ordering some Victorian style etched glass and have never even had a reply. Hardly bodes well for placing an actual order. If this is how they run their business, then Lord help the customer !

Ordered radiator valves over a week ago , tried to contact company to ask for expected delivery time , no response from email, message or the hundreds of calls I made.
It makes me sick companies like this , now reporting to trading standards to hopefully try and get a refund!

Giving them 2 stars in the hope that they will issue a refund, but not impressed to date.

Ordered own 24th October, items supposedly in stock and web site highlighted delays such that orders would be despatched in c10 days instead of the 3-6 on the main pages.

Almost a month later, no deliveries, no further communications and the phone repeatedly cuts off after ringing out for less than a minute.

Now progressing a refund via PayPal

Sent a deposit for a door over £1k. Had to cancel order due to work contract being cancelled. Informed company for refund. Sent numerous emails, called over 50 times, whatsapped. No response.

Informed bank and Action Fraud. Will also be contacting a solicitor.

THEY ARE THIEVES!

We had a hardwood front door with stained glass panels made and fitted. We had seen some art deco tiles while on holiday in Italy and loved the design. Ben was able to translate the pattern to the glass panels and we were really happy with the design. Although it was a family business Ben had recently taken over it's running so there were a couple of hiccups along the way but Ben tried his best at all stages. We couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend due to the standard of work.

Never got the item. Had to change phones each time to get answers. From other reviews it's very clear this is a very part time operation. Got my refund quickly after saying I couldn't wait any longer. Communication awful. Lead times farcical.

Still waiting for my order which was due at the beginning of February. Phone calls being ignored, messages not being returned, emails not answered. They haven't even responded to PayPal investigation.

Ordered and paid for an item several months ago. Have received nothing and no reply to emails or phone calls.

Update: have since received the merchandise and excellent care of delivery displayed in sending a fragile item. Impressed.

Professional and pleasant to deal with.
Would use again.

Do not use this company I ordered a UFO toy seen on Facebook, it took two weeks to arrive and had been clearly used by someone else and what’s more didn’t work a waste of money a lesson learnt 👎

I'm starting to wonder if this business is a scam. I ordered some paint one month ago, never received a shipping confirmation and I haven't received my items one month later.

Emailed several times there was no reply. There were 2 numbers in the email I received as an order confirmation. I Called the first number, a guy answered, said he doesn't have time or the information on my order at the time and that he will get back to me in an hour. I should have known, the person never answered my call ever again despite having called probably 20 times or more.

Called the second number, they answered and said that number is not the same business but the store next door.

After reading several other reviews I realized many people have had the same experience. Can someone get away with scamming people like this? I am planning to report this business to Action Fraud and Trading Standards. If you think you have been scammed too please do the same.

Had ordered a tin of little green masonry Paint it was delivered but it was leaking
Took a while to get a replacement

Sent a completely different size of the same product without checking suitability.

Could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to deliver what I needed twice, both occasions during lockdown. Thank you so much. Highly recommended
