Amazing. They got in touch with me almost as soon as I made the order online to explain to me about the sizing and colour difference that can happen and worked closely with me to find the right sizes. Delivery was very quick and beautifully packaged up too.

Great shorts, well made. I didn’t receive any confirmation email once I ordered the item neither did I receive an “it’s on its way e mail”. A little bit disconcerting because I’d not ordered from the company before. I messaged on IG but didn’t receive a response. I then e mailed and got a response the next day. Maybe tidy up the communication a bit to make the customer feel secure then you would have received top marks! 🙂

Great jumpsuit, super comfy and cute. Colours did not run in the wash. Slight shame two buttons have had to be sewed back on as they were loose on arrival. Prompt delivery, well packaged.

The clothes are so comfy, look great and really good quality. They're all I want to wear now, I'm already thinking about which set to get next.
The customer service is really good too. My order arrived quickly, and was packaged really nicely.

I have bought from Roma @ Periodical many times as my first experience with her was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The brand is so quirky and fun and I always feel great wearing the clothes as they are great quality, so comfy and cool all at the same time. I’ve returned several times to buy more!! Love it!
