I just wanted to add an update. 27/2/26 My wife wanted to hire a car in Jersey. She checked that Hertz and several other companies had availability then purchased a Rentacar gift card. Then when she tried to book they don't have any available because they don't deal with actual hire companies. My wife asked Perkbox, who advertised and supplied the gift card, for a refund and they have refused and this seems like they are advertising products that they don't have to offer which is a scam.
Also Perkbox website 2026 advertises a Trustpilot rating of 4.8 when it is actually 4.
My wife has perkbox through work. She wanted to hire a car so used one of the companies listed on their website. Rentacargift (do not use) She was unable to book a hire car in the location - Jersey Channel Islands despite the website saying 500 hire companies in 30000 locations! After contacting the hire company they operate through a third part and it seems they only have a few cars somewhere possible Nigeria. She then contacted Perkbox who will not respond. Really poor customer service and some companies they offer deals with are scams. BEWARE!

Very impressed. I had issues with a balance that vanished from my gift card. After a month of phone calls and visits to the merchants store, the Perkbox team were able to look into it and sorted a refund within an hour! Thank you SO much! One happy customer.

Don't use their site for cashback. It never tracks. And they won't do manual cashback even if there is plenty of evidence.
I am only giving them 2 stars because they did help with my gift card issue. Their gift cards are good.

Absolutely terrible! They sent us an email 3 WEEKS ago saying they had 'technical issues' and will update us. I have heard absolutely nothing! I emailed to ask for an update also to enquire if it was true that they had had a cyber attack and got a copy and pasted generic reply that did not answer my question. I then
asked again, being very specific and asking if my (and everyone else in my organisation) have had their information compromised and I've heard absolutely nothing once again. For all I know my information is being sold and distributed and they haven't had the good ethics or conscience to advise us of the situation. It's completely unethical and distressing.

This was newly launched in our company just before December, I spent in retailers using the cashback incentive, our company then gifted us points to use just before Christmas and then the platform went down, the most minimal comms from perk box and generic replies when asking for more information, So all the points we have saved up for the post Christmas sales or January sales are not usable. we cant even access the account. Really disappointing and trust is completely lost.

It was a good company overall with few issues until last few months. However apparently there is something going on, we are not able to log in to our platform which we paid already and they keep sending automated answers for the last month. They keep telling there is a technical issue however it does not feel like that as they are not responsive at all. I suggest you do not buy their services for now. We are super disappointed about how they are handling this process.

I recently had an issue when redeeming points for a voucher that failed during the transaction, this resulted in the points being deducted from my account.
I contacted customer services and this was rectified straight away, excellent service, thank you Mayra !

They took money, over the value of £300 from my account to purchase a voucher. Then said they have 'technical issues' and my voucher isnt able to be used at the moment with no further infomation or support.
Their communication is way below satisfactory and I have had no resolve with LITTLE communication over the space of a week of this issue starting.
They have taken my money and not allowed me to have access to it or offered a refund. This is stealing.

Congratulations. Perkbox scammed me, or rather wasn't very honest by having a seller with a similar name, yet ofcourse, as usual my state can't redeem it because it isn't them.
Now the other issues prior -
The first issue was I was double charged for an item over christmas because I never received a confirmation, just turned up and money taken from the bank.. twice. Perkbox ignored my issue and stated it wasn't their problem but the seller.
The next issue was a fuel voucher by ampol that was only redeemable at ''EG'' stations..which meant i had to go to a non-local one, after I was told by ampol it is EG only. You can't think of any other name to call your fuel stations?
The last and final straw was a movie voucher for my state that has a similar name, palace nova. Palace cinemas doesn't even operate in my region. im expected to know that its not palace nova. Again same issue as above.
But congratulations, they responded with an AI denied any refund or compensation such as reimbursement for their platform. Well congrats, however much commisions youve earnt that Ive spent so far

My company signed up for this site! Money was paid into perkbox but we are unable to log in. My staff was hoping to use the money over Christmas. Would not recommend this site at all very disappointing.

Absolute junk. Unfortunately couldn't select a milder or softer word as that is the feeling you get after using this app. As per their own notification they are facing some technical issues, for several weeks now, customer service is non existent, sending auto generated copy pasted responses. You are not able to redeem anything, and surprisingly you can only purchase with your own money on the platform, just that you cannot redeem anything ? what is this ? like a joke ? How can you run such an app and how can any responsible organization trust you for their benefits and rewards program going forward ? absolute shocking
