Professional, understating, & polite
My request was an odd one and not something easily resolved. However, Lauren was fantastic at understanding the need to resolve a sensitive issue. My request was dealt with quickly and professionally, Lauren was helpful throughout the process. Perkbox are lucky to have staff like Lauren.
Easy to deal with, super helpful!
I got in touch via the help function within the app, helpfully this can be accessed from within the app or back and forth via email which was really useful across multiple devices during a working day. I had an issue with something that was entirely my error and the Perkbox colleague, Lauren, really went above and beyond to try and assist me. I was delighted when she succeeded, especially after really clearly and kindly managing my expectations, I was ready for an entirely different outcome but would have absolutely no hesitation in reaching out again for some help. It was quick and Lauren was super helpful, thanks so much again!
Unfair Expiration Policy & Terrible Customer Service
I’ve been using Perk Box for years, earning points as rewards from my employer for my hard work. Recently, I discovered that 250 of my points were silently taken away due to an expiration policy.
When I contacted customer service, they refused to return my points, claiming the information was "available beforehand." If that’s true, why was there no clear warning before my points vanished? These were hard-earned rewards, not just some digital tokens—they represented my effort at work.
The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, showing zero willingness to offer compensation or even acknowledge their lack of communication. A company that treats its users like this doesn’t deserve loyalty.

Beware of cash advance fees on your credit card!
I paid for discounted Airbnb and eBay vouchers using my Rewards credit card. However the bank considers purchases on Perkbox to be a “cash advance” so in the end I didn’t really save much because I paid 3% of the purchase price as a cash advance fee to the bank (with a $4 minimum).
So the $9 saving on an Airbnb gift card was actually only $4.77 once this cash advance fee was taken out. And the 0.60c saving on an ebay gift card was no saving at all as I had to pay a $4 cash advance fee on it.
There is no disclosure on Perkbox website that purchases from them are considered cash card advances by credit card providers. I won’t be buying from Perkbox ever again!

Use them though my workplace. I love you don’t need to saving money and cash out, it’s simply all voucher is cheaper with a good %. Using in 2 days mostly in Morrisons. I. This 2 years only cheated once and didn’t get the voucher but money been deducted. Texted to costumer support and next day got a reply they see something went wrong went wrong and they will be send back the money. A day later I got all back.

They serve the most mouthwatering ribs I've ever tasted! The meat falls off the bone, and the seasoning is just perfect. Plus, their crispy roasted potatoes are the ultimate side dish. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual dinner with friends or a special date night. If you ever get the chance, you should definitely check it out!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service - call themselves Customer Happiness team - they are the opposite. Perks are so negligible that the hassle is not worth it. Computer says no mentally when you need a refund, no flexibility or tailored approach. Avoid at all costs. Massively out of pocket because of this company at the worst time of year.

Incredible set of discounts on offer with incredible user friendliness. The ease of purchasing vouchers allows for great discounts. I would say access to this employee scheme is the single highlight of working for my company. Could be improved on the refund front though.
Perkbox helped me
I bought a gift card of Boots, but couldn’t use it. Sofie of perkbox is very helpful, her reply was always prompt. She took the immediate action seeking the solutions at the different levels. Though the experience with Boots online is not pleasant, Perkbox did a great job and solved the issue.

Olivia resolved my query quickly, providing me with confidence that the issue I had with a third party was sorted. More importantly, they explained why it happened, which reassured me it wouldn't happen again.
Easy, real human customer support
Have used it about a dozen times now successfully, seeing the savings total add up is satisfying.
Had my first problem, a vendor who has disabled online giftcards generally (not just for perkbox) which is not Perkbox’s fault - thought could have been indicated more clearly I now know to check each time just in case. But either way it was a relief to be able to contact a real human support person easily and the issue was resolved in a day.

Olivia dealt with my enquiry as I had reward points from my employer and could not get the voucher I wanted. It transpired it was my iphone and she was so helpful in getting it sorted.
