I had a very good experience with Perla Dental Clinic in Antalya.The team was professional, friendly, and always responsive. Everything was well organized from airport transfer to appointments. The clinic is modern and clean, and the doctors explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable.

I had composite bonding treatment done, and I’m very happy with the results , they look natural and feel great.

I would definitely recommend Perla to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

First of all, Patricia was incredible – she organized everything smoothly, from transfers to appointments, and even helped me with a personal situation, which I really appreciated.
Gullizar and Dr. Onur were also excellent – everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
But I would especially like to thank Dr. Ilhan and his assistant. He is an outstanding professional with great experience. I could see he even had a student with him, which shows his level of expertise and dedication. He worked very gently, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. As a person, he is extremely kind and caring.
At one point I already thought everything was done very well, but he still suggested improvements and redid part of the work to achieve an even better result. That showed me this clinic is not just about business, as some people might think – it’s also about genuine care, professionalism, and humanity.

My friend was in that clinic, so it's been two years since he was treated there and now he still can't chew on his right side and all his teeth are sensitive. When he looked in public forums, there are a lot of people who have suffered from that clinic. The clinic continues to advertise very often in the UK. Be very careful not to believe their beautiful promises. I don't advise you to get treated there. He has already submitted all the evidence to Citizens Advice.

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, patients are not required to return to the same clinic for a “guarantee repair.”
If the treatment caused harm or pain, the patient has the right to refuse further treatment and demand financial compensation instead.
Real guarantees don’t make patients pay for flights or hotels to fix someone else’s mistakes.

Another important note:
The clinic claims that their treatments come with a “guarantee,” but when patients report serious problems, they are told to return to Turkey at their own expense — paying again for flights, hotels, and time off work.

Under UK and EU consumer protection principles, this is completely unacceptable.
If a clinic truly offers a guarantee, it must cover all costs related to correcting its own mistakes.

This behaviour shows how they attract patients with “cheap prices,” but avoid all responsibility later — leaving people with pain, financial loss, and unfair treatment.

Update (October 2025):
After I published my honest review about Perla Dental Clinics, they tried to have it removed from Trustpilot by claiming my story was false.
However, Trustpilot investigated the case and confirmed that my review was genuine and based on real experience.

This clearly shows how afraid they are of the truth being public. Instead of fixing their mistakes or compensating for the damage they caused, they waste time trying to silence patients who speak out.

It’s sad that they put more effort into hiding bad reviews than into improving their medical standards.
Once again — patients deserve honesty, not intimidation or manipulation.

Despite my previous review and multiple attempts to contact Perla Dental Clinics, they continue to ignore all my messages and have provided no response or solution.

All my evidence — including payment receipts, written communication, and medical confirmation from a UK dentist — has now been submitted to Citizen Advice and the case has been escalated further to legal authorities in the UK.

Their ongoing silence only proves that they have no genuine intention to resolve the harm they caused. Patients deserve honesty, not pressure, manipulation, and false promises.

I will continue to share updates as the case progresses so others are aware and can avoid the same mistake.

Update (27 09 2025)

I gave Perla Dental Clinics 14 days to respond to my formal complaint and to provide my full medical documentation. They ignored my request completely. This shows how little they care about patients once they have taken the money. I will now escalate the matter to legal authorities and share my case internationally.

During my first visit, I felt strong pressure to agree to a full set of prosthesis, even though before traveling I had clearly said I only wanted treatment for a few problem teeth. I eventually agreed, but on the condition that there would be crowns only, and no bridges. Despite this, the clinic placed three bridges without my consent.

The crowns were also not made in the color I requested. After the treatment, my teeth became sensitive, and I cannot chew properly on my right side. Before this procedure, I did not have these problems.

I paid a large amount of money, but instead of solving my issues, the treatment created new ones. When I returned to England, a UK dentist confirmed that the work done in Turkey had damaged my teeth. I also hold official payment receipts proving I paid over £6,000 to Perla Dental Clinics. These documents prove beyond any doubt that I was treated there and suffered the harm I am describing.

What concerned me further was the clinic’s response. Instead of addressing my complaint or offering a solution, they asked me to remove my review and used aggressive communication. This left me feeling that patient care was not their priority.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering treatment here be very cautious.

It was a great experience for me.

Had a friend go to Perla, and it was the worst decision of her life. Her teeth were just mutilated and destroyed, and she ended up needing 13 root canals and crowns replaced, She is now £20K down, and regrets what Perla Dental did to her teeth; they were filed down, destroyed and ruined for life. Don't go to Turkey folks, it's cheap and quick dentistry, which will end up being a painful and costly experience.

this clinic is very bad. Please do not come to them. You will have nothing but problems the lady called Lara ran away from the original location but the boss of the actual Clinic where she was working from honoured part of the by fixing the teeth but they are still not right. I’ve had to come back for the third time to the clinic and Laura is nowhere to be seen. She has run away location this lady is a big con. Please do not trust her. please, please please trust me they also told me to come back and they will pay for the hotel and all the treatment and Transfers which they never this lady is a big liar. They never told me anything about bone grafting or anything. please do not listen to her. Please do not make a big mistake. I did.

I just recently have done my dental treatment at Perla Dental Care Clinic, I cannot be more happier by the results and service I received. Communication with Omid was hassle free, he was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner. A doctor and a nurse who done my teeth were excellent, they were very kind and supportive and they have done a great job. I can highly recommend Perla Dental Clinic.

I recently took a trip to Perla for dental treatment and I couldn’t have been in better hands! Brilliant service, brilliant results I’m so glad I went as I’m not good with dentists! But Perla made me feel at home! Couldn’t recommend anymore get your self down to Perla!!

I recently had a sinus lift and dental implant procedure, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From start to finish, the process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Doctor Onur thoroughly explained each step, making sure I was comfortable and informed. The procedure itself was smoother than I anticipated, with minimal discomfort and a surprisingly quick recovery.

A truly remarkable place. From the moment I first made contact with Zulfar Aykurt (Zoe) on what’s app to discuss the whole process, she has been absolutely brilliant no price changes the quote I was given when contacted was price I paid. When I landed it couldn’t have of gone any smoother, the care and professionalism at the dental centre is simply unbelievable, Dr Ramazan Bahai couldn’t of made it any easier for me, I can not thank Perla clinic enough. Would also like to thank the dentist who fitted my implants. I’d like to thank all staff at Perla as they also went above and beyond to check I was okay even if I was simply waiting in the reception, I could go on on about the brilliance of this place.
