The environment is stress-free and non-toxic, as all chatters and supervisors communicate properly and provide balanced feedback across the team. The supervisors are very supportive and know how to help improve the chatters’ skills. The CEO is also kind and open to feedback from all chatters. It’s also not difficult to file for leave when important matters come up.

Great agency to work with
I've had a really good experience working with them. Everyone is easy to work with, and the management is professional while still being approachable. They listen, respond quickly when something comes up, and handle things in a way that makes work feel smooth. One thing I really liked is how they manage and support their models, they're respectful, organized, and know what they're doing. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and I'd definitely recommend working with them.
