DON’T DO IT

DON’T DO IT! You’ll regret it. I never received the trial but they insist it was delivered and left at my door. They charged my credit card over $400 for orders I never made !! Absolute crooks and scammers. Now I’m fighting with MasterCard to have the charges reversed. Perlelux and Collagenea told me they win 99.9% of all disputes and not to bother wasting my time. Unbelievable! Do your homework. The RCMP and CBC News Marketplace reported 26,000 complaints last year alone from people being scammed by these companies that trick people into auto-shipments and free trials that are not free!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

The merchant buries the recurring fees in the fine print of the terms and conditions. After what is usually a 15-day trial period, the customer automatically becomes enrolled in a subscription if they don't cancel, and their credit card gets billed every month, for hundreds of dollars.
This is a scam. Better Business Bureau should shut this company down asap.

Cancel your credit card now if you fell for this scam!

Our free 10 day trial was cut short only giving us 3 days to return it, sent it by Purolator to be sure it made it back in time, then they wanted to charge us another fee as the product was used (what do you expect with a FREE TRIAL). Called and canceled my credit card and our credit card company was well aware of this scam. Basically I would highly recommend canceling your credit card immediately if you have been duped by this scam as what I read from other reviews is they keep charging you over and over again, once they have your credit card the bills will not stop.

Yep, got screwed just like the rest of you. However, I am learning and will be very careful in the future with my online purchases. You would think that at these prices this product would really work, but no not really.

This is nothing but a scam

This is nothing but a scam – you can buy just as good and even better products at Shoppers Drug Mart for 1/3 the cost. The return policy is terrible and they will not refund your money. Please be aware…

Again I repeat Prelelux is nothing but a scam and too expensive for the average person - believe me, there are much better products out there at a much cheaper price.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! They do not mention the large fees except for way down at the bottom within a small link and even in their "order has shipped" email they do not mention the money. They just mention the 10 day trial. I am only able to get back $160 from $369 as my bank said they cannot dispute because, although they are not being upfront as a company, the terms are listed if you look hard enough! How do people decide this is who they want to be in the world?! Wasted my time and money...I just hope my money isn't going towards supporting terrorism, but it probably is....I wish there were a way to shut them down!!! Perleux and Collagena are fraudulant!

FRAUD AND SCAM COMPANY: Collagenea, Perlelux.

Fraud advertisement of Joel Osteen wife Victoria Osteen. She claims to be a preachers wife who has to leave God work and fraud people for her own interest. She is a big scam agent because every good company they put their price on their product so you know what you are purchasing. But they hide it, so they could scam everybody in the name of God. God will reward her and her company according to their deals. Viewers of COLLAGENEA, PERLELUX, please don't buy, don't even look at it. They will snap your money from your account and it will be hard to get it back. My advice for the company is to label the price beside the product plus shipping and handling so the customer knows what they're getting their selves into.

RIP OFF - SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, total rip off!! Charged through on my credit card $500.00.
I will requesting my bank to reverse charges back and contact the BBB.
What a scam this is. They should be charged as it is all false advertising.
That kind of money for a product is outrageous.
I can't say enough bad things about this company and they are rude which is understandable as I am sure that everyone who has bought has been shocked at this scam.

Quite simply the most dishonest of…

Quite simply the most dishonest of operations. I was sent 2 other products called collagena which i never ordered and was totally mislead in to buying it. What began as a trial for 6.99 if returned within 10 days, which it was, turned in to close to $100.00 when all re-shipping charges were factored in. Money lost aside, this is a painfully inferior product. I am a professional and have been using peptide products since they first came on the market around 2001.I have found some that are extraordinary and if used in concert with Retin A can and do give visible and measurable results. This is a poor imitation and quite probably the worst.

A complete scam operation

A complete scam operation. They advertise a "free" sample product for shipping and handling cost only of a few dollars. After two weeks I found a charge of $179 on my credit card. They claim that the offer requires the product to be returned after 10 days, however the TV ad is extremely misleading. If there is small print indicating what they claim it is not obvious. After I contacted them they only offered a partial refund for a used product. DO NOT ORDER THEIR PRODUCT AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Once again a scam

Once again a scam. I made the mistake of agreeing to a free sample. No where was there any mention of this being part of a trial or for additional samples to be sent. In fact what it said was you can try our sample for shipping costs only, full stop. After I received the product I was taken aback by charges on my credit card one month later. I have been trying to get the credit card company, RBC Royal Bank Mastercard to deal with this but they refuse to do so. They indicated to me that it is my responsibility to never give my card information to anyone, unless you are prepared to have them bill whatever they like against your card, regardless of what you may have agreed to, if the company you deal with has a website that introduces terms and conditions that you were never informed of, and those terms apply to you, whether or not you agreed to them.

RETURN THE PRODUCTS ASAP!! DON'T GET SCAMMED!!

THEY ADVERTISE A "SAMPLE" FOR FREE, BUT THEN THEY SEND FULL-SIZED PRODUCTS. THAT WAS MY FIRST INDICATION THAT SOMETHING WAS AMISS. I DID A GOOGLE SEARCH AND REALIZED I HAD BEEN SCAMMED. MY BANK TOLD ME THAT I COULD EXPECT A $400 CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD IF I DIDN'T 1) TELL THE SCAMMERS THAT I WAS "CANCELING ANY FUTURE ORDERS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS" (IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU USE THIS TERMINOLOGY) 2) RETURN THE PRODUCTS A.S.A.P. - YOU MUST EMAIL OR CALL THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER RIGHT AFTER YOU MAIL THE GARBAGE BACK TO THEM AND 3) HOLD ONTO THE TRACKING NUMBER WHEN YOU SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK TO THE BOTTOM FEEDERS.
I ALSO CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD AND IF THEY HAD CHARGED ME THAT CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY, I WOULD HAVE DISPUTED IT WITH MY BANK. THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS. THE LOWEST OF THE LOW. YOU CAN CALL THEM, BUT A HEADS UP: THEY SPEAK IN REALLY BROKEN ENGLISH - BIG SURPRISE THERE!!!!

Dispute charge with Card provider!!

I received the free trial. 10 days later I was charged C$179. I emailed to complain. They kept saying that I failed to return the free trial within 10 days trial period and no refund would be issued. Then I disputed the charge with my card provider. I guessed the card provider had contacted them because all of sudden they offered a partial refund provided that I would not seek further compensation from them and I would not dispute any of the charges with my bank. However I refused to accept the partial refund. A week later, my card provider informed me that they had issued a credit to my account. I received full refund C$179. Lucky, I did not accept the partial refund offer.

SCAM! FRAUDULENT AGREEMENT

This company is a scam!
Unfortunately I didn't search before I accept the "trial package", so now I'm suffering the consequences, and I've paid over 400€ so far. There are many of these fraudulent companies around.

FTC Obtains Court Orders Barring Skincare Marketers From Deceptive Marketing and Billing Practices

"“These defendants tricked people into paying for skin care products and abused the credit card system to extend their scheme,” said Jessica Rich, director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection. “The Commission will continue to attack scams that rely on supposed ‘free trial’ offers and unauthorized credit card charges.”

The agency’s original complaint, filed in June 2015, charged seven individuals and 15 companies with selling their skincare products through false advertisements for “risk-free trials.” According to the FTC, the defendants convinced consumers to provide their credit card information, purportedly to pay nominal shipping fees.

However, the defendants allegedly used consumers’ credit card information to impose unauthorized recurring monthly charges of up to $97.88 per month for unordered products. The FTC also charged defendants with misrepresenting themselves as accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

The Commission charged the defendants with violating the FTC Act, the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act, and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. In October 2015, the FTC filed an amended complaint, adding eight corporate defendants, two individual defendants, and one corporate relief defendant to the case, which brought the total number of defendants to 33."
