Fantastic new product that was…
Fantastic new product that was delivered super fast.
I switched from pouches to nicotine lozenges a couple of years ago after my favourite flavour was discontinued but I get bored with the lack of flavour options in the UK for lozenges, Perlz are a really welcome change as the berry and mint flavours are really tasty and the tingle is similar to what I used to get from pouches which I like. I hope this company grows and brings out more great flavours and hopefully bulk buy discounts so I can completely switch to this company from now on.

special discounts don't work …
I keep being offered special discounts but every time I try to access them it tells me the code is invalid. I contacted customer service a few days ago and no one has bothered to sort the issue out. I would give the Perlz 5 stars but because of the issues I'm having i can only give 3 stars. If you can sort the problem with the codes out, it will go up to 5 stars. I would be a regular customer of yours if you sorted the problems out but until then I won't be reordering from you

Disappointing
Got the free trial and was sent in A) SO MUCH packaging and B) when you finally got to the package of product it was in a non resealable bag which is super inconvenient as they aren’t portable really once they are opened which I feel like kinda defeats the entire point of these over a vape or something. I know this may be something that is fixed when you order something other than the free trial but it just makes it feel like they don’t put very much time or thought into it which was a bit off putting. In terms of the product… it’s fine… nothing more. It doesn’t feel like it actually gets rid of the craving it only limits the actual withdrawal but definitely doesn’t make it easier to actually quit and stay without a different alternative. Overall pretty disappointing, I was really hopeful.

You can actually feel a nicotine kick without an awful taste. Great for when you are in a non smoking environment like an airplane.
My order arrive well within my expectations.
My only concern is the packaging looks like sweets packaging, so I keep them well hidden.
