They kindly wrote me an email about how much customs I'd have to expect for shipping internationally. They also offered to sent it to an adress in india If that would work better for me. The message sent by Henry explained my options and the costs very well. Great service

The item that arrived looked nothing like the item on their site. Customer service agent was combative, manipulative, and uninterested in doing anything to ensure my satisfaction (lots of gaslighting).

What’s more: I purchased through WhatsApp, at point of sale they did not disclose that there would be additional duties charged after shipping.

I had asked for a specific delivery date and it had arrived 1 day early. The item I had ordered is very nice and the length of the skirt is exactly as I had requested. Overall, I am very happy with the excellent service and Henry Jackson Dsouza was very attentive and professional. It was a very seamless experience.

There was some confusion with shipping first and then order but the Pernia’s customer service has been very prompt and responsive in answering my queries and resolving the issue/ confusion.
