Ordered size 8 slippers

Ordered size 8 slippers, but because it was a very tight fit, I returned to the PO Box No. at my own expense and asked for size 9. They said I didn’t follow correct procedure and they would give me a credit voucher, minus postage. I emailed and said I didn’t want to deal with them anymore and perhaps they could refund to my bank account. They responded by saying NO, they wouldn’t do that, that they would be out of pocket if they did! I know legally they followed the law, but as I’m a pensioner and was out of pocket, I thought they might refund me the balance. It’s a mystery to me how they would be out of pocket, if I didn’t want anymore slippers sent to me. They said NO again. I was “forced” to buy their slippers. They arrived to day and are awful. Into the bin they go, goodbye!

We’re truly sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience and with the slippers you received.

While we do follow all legal requirements for returns and refunds, we also try to go beyond them where possible. In your case, although the return was sent without prior communication and to an address not intended for returns, we still accepted the item and issued store credit as a gesture of goodwill.

The reason we couldn’t offer a refund is due to the extra costs we incurred during this process. Because the parcel was sent to our PO Box instead of our designated warehouse, we had to manually arrange and pay for its transfer — adding to the operational cost. On top of that, while we do charge customers a standard shipping fee, it does not cover the full cost of shipping heavier items like slippers, so we also absorb part of that expense.

For a low-margin item, these additional logistics and shipping costs meant refunding the order would have resulted in a complete financial loss. As a small business, we rely on our policies to remain sustainable and — importantly — to be fair to all customers.

We regret that this experience left you dissatisfied, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve our service and communication moving forward.

Don't bother with this mob

I ordered a pair of slippers before New Year and still haven't received them. They do not respond to my emails asking for updates of my order. They tell me the first pair got lost in the mail and were going to send another pair. Still nothing received to date on 6 February 2025. Disgusting customer service.

I ordered two pairs of sandals but only received one pair. I emailed twice about it and still no response about the other item. I tried to call but directed me to voicemail. Until now haven’t heard anything back. So disappointing.

Very happy customer

I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Delivery was fast and the purchase was as I hoped, look great and fit perfectly. Being lined with fur I knew to buy a size larger than normal.

Although there was a significant delay…

Although there was a significant delay at Christmas for supply and deliveries. Communication was not forthcoming to reassure how or where the items were.
The final result albeit later than advised was a great product. (Smart Watches ) Somewhat worth the wait. With all the insecure sites on line a little more communication may have generated more confidence at the time.

What you see isn’t always what you get.

The belt I received wasn’t true to the picture. I spent money on return postage only to find that the belt I had originally ordered wasn’t available in the size I required. While I did receive a refund, the experience has cost me $20 for postage and I don’t have a belt.

I recently bought a lava beaded bracelet for myself and a leather bracelet for my girlfriend from Peroz. I received it quickly and I am very happy with the quality and the packaging is also super cool.
