Great Way to Purchase Big Ticket Items

Worst scamming company I've ever dealt with.They send a product that does not work.And they refuse to replace it, they've asked for videos.I've sent them.They're saying they want more videos.It obviously does not work but they are refusing to replace it after making crazy demands for proof that it doesn't work which I have presented and they still refuse to help.

Stay away or risk losing money and time.
This company is a joke and they'll take you for all you got. I couldn't afford paying for a brand new ps5 al at once, so to me it sounded great. However, they sent me a returned ps5. As soon as I received it, I opened the box just to find that the original box seal was torn off and opened. So I contacted them immediately. They apologized and wanted me to send it back for a exchange. After the second day, I decided to keep it because didn't want to go through the wait and hassle. I plugged it up, installed updates, popped in game and waited to update or copy game as it says. So excited to play, I start game and less than 2min through the game, it starts making a loud humming sound and gives message that it was overheating and shut off. I emailed them, they told me to send video, email kept failing to send video. Then they ask for pictures. I sent them pictures of message it kept giving me and they weren't satisfied. They want a video wich it continued to fail to send. Anyways long story short. They never accepted the return and I am just waiting what happens from here. I do not recommend using the because they appear to be a bunch of crooks. They knew that they sent me a returned ps5 for twice the price and still giving me a hard time to return item,they won't even reply to my messages no more. Very bad company to deal with. Never again...
