DIDN'T REFUND $$$$!!!
Dear Audrey Peel (Perrin House owner/host),
After a YEAR+ of my repeated calls, texts, emails, etc. you NEVER responded.
You finally decided to refund ONLY a portion of the money I paid for a 2 night room. Your explanation of referencing a prior year, booking, etc. are ABSOLUTELY incorrect and aren’t relevant to my transaction.
My reservation was for 2 consecutive nights in Sept 2016. I mailed/paid you a check directly (didn’t use any 3rd party provider such as booking). Your site and you never stated any cancellation policy and I canceled several weeks prior to the arrival date!
You still owe me $207.02 ($376.40 paid - $169.38 your check received on in Nov 2017 [16 months later).
Your insensitive, disrespectful and terrible customer service must be learned by others who might be interested at the Perrin House.
I’ve reported this injustice to many online/customer advocate organizations: BBB, Trip Advisor, Google Reviews, etc. I’ll also ensure the Augusta GA business license Dept is aware of the issue.
The amount of time I have spend collecting my past due refund is ridiculous! All you had to do was do the right thing - send a check for $376.40.
