Great, honest service
I saw Gabe today at Perri Watches and he was really, really helpful and gave a great and personal service.
I have a 30 year old Tag which had stopped. Gabe explained that as it’s never been serviced, part of the mechanism may have deteriorated. If a new battery lasts for just a short time it would need a service. He didn’t push me to take a service at that point. He replaced the battery and this also included a pressure to check the water resistance. I hadn’t expected that to be included and it was helpful to know the result.
Should I decide to service it, I’ll definitely go back.
I also brought my Brietling as I had a query about the bezel and the bracelet size. He fixed the bezel and changed the fit of the bracelet, both for me at no cost.
I’m so glad I went to them. It really is an excellent service and I’ll definitely use them again.

Excellent timely service and marvellous communication
I’ve been looking for someone to service my Omega watch as Omega were quoting a minimum of 20 weeks for service. Perri quoted me a very reasonable 5 or 6 weeks and that’s exactly what happened.
When I dropped it off they immediately added me to their business WhatsApp account and all communication was via the app. Everything was communicated in a timely and efficient manner. When I went to pick it up I spoke to the very charming Leandro Perri himself.
My watch is in tip top condition, almost like new and I could not be happier. I cannot recommend Perri Watch Repairs enough.
