Fab value for my money. Bought a scooter last October and had so much fun with it. Bought another P4 last week for my bro and that too is ace.

It is now 8th February 2023 and still these COWBOYS still haven't contacted me about my scooter, to be quite honest the company should be closed down as they are the BIGGEST CON ARTISTS at the finest level. PERRY Ehopper you are a BIG TIME DISGRACE 😡😡😡🖕

If there was an option to leave 0 stars then I would. I bought 2 electric scooters in November last year which one of them has a fault, I've been trying to contact the company since May 2022 to which still hasn't been resolved December 2022 I am absolutely disgusted of the lack of customer service the amount of emails I have sent, I will be contacting trading standards. My poor son hasn't been able to use his Christmas present from last Christmas which he is most upset. I've emailed the company from my partners email to which they have emailed him back

Bought some bike lights and within a few months realised that the battery life advertised was nonsense. After no more than 10 charges I get less than 40 mins out of the rear one, which is supposed to give me 4 hours.

Placed order on Go Outdoors who procure ebikes directly from Perry ehopper. The order was placed on 15 August and the ebikes were delivered by Perry to the Harlow store on 19th August without chargers.

Both the store manager at Go Outdoors and I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over a week now with no response to emails or tweets.

The phone number stated on one of their websites (they have multiple websites which makes things even more confusing) goes straight to voicemail. Leaving a voicemail is equally futile as they don't reply to that either.

Non existent customer service, I dread how things would turn out once I take ownership of the bikes. A good amount of money has been kept hanging by their inaction since over 3 weeks now.

P.S. contacting them on twitter is also pointless and hence leaving them a review here in the hope that it helps resolving the issue.

Worth every penny.

Great little bike. Customer service was very good, bike was delivered within a week. Electric motor is great for getting up hills. The bike folds easily and is light enough for me to put it into the boot of my car. Would recommend the Perry E Hopper.

With the minimal use that I have been able to have so far it's all good, it stores nicely in my campervan.
Helpful supplier, a shame that mudguards were not fitted and carrier fitting instructions were not included

I have a black PERRY eHopper that I bought in the summer and have used for commuting in and around Manchester. The bike is easy to charge and provides enough power for my almost daily 7 miles each way.
I don't always fold it on the train unless it's busy in which case it's easy enough to do. I would recommend the rear pannier rack too, this has come in handy so many times.
