pas pro, mauvaise foi

J'ai commandé des baguettes pour l' anniversaire d'un ami batteur. Leur site proposait de positionner le design sur les baguettes, ce que j'ai fait avec beaucoup de précision. Il n'en sera tenu aucun compte. Le délai de livraison annoncé n'a pas été respecté et donc l'anniversaire raté.
La communication à été très difficile à établir avec la société, aucune compréhension vis a vis des problèmes rencontrés (design different de la commande). Interlocuteur non professionnel, pas respectueux et de mauvaise foi. Je déconseille ce site.

Résultat décevant

J'ai reçu ma commande hier, et j'ai été déçu par la qualité du rendu.

Le résultat n'est pas droit , pas correctement centré, le design est rogné sur la droite.

Bref, très décevant.
