So far so good
So far so good. the base unit is neat and clear and the wrist alarm convenient. I have tested the system a couple of times which was fine. Haven't had to test it in an emergency yet.

The pendant is easy to charge. In the past I have experienced failures of the chain, which is disconcerting, and it is not easy to acquire a new one.

There is no online user interface to update details
Nice compact system, which seems to work well. However, there is no online management or portal. You either have to fill in a long (7 page) "online" form or ring customer services every time you wish to change anything at all

I ordered the alarm and it came with…
I ordered the alarm and it came with instructions that were easy to follow. Then we tested it and it worked fine. A few weeks later I accidently set off the alarm and was instantly connected with someone, and I apologised, but was assured that it was fine and they had deactivated the alarm so the people on my list were not contacted.
