Personalise Wristbands Reviews 

Quality of the wristband was poor, didn't arrive on time, plus they didn't put the text I asked for on it. I had also tried to call, text and email them, but they didn't reply to any of my messages. Would never use again and I do not reccommend them.

I should have read these negative reviews before I placed an order. I did get the wristbands in the colour and text I wanted, but they sent the wrong size. Emailed them twice, to either send correct size or give me a refund. If they eventually do reply and offer one if the above, I'll change my rating, but for now it stays at 1 star. It takes no effort at all to reply to a customers email !!

Requested printing both sides of wristband, clear instructions. They had one job and they couldn’t even do that right. Waiting for a response….,got a response and refund offered but still haven’t received anything 😡

I've had 2 orders from this company and all I can do is give my honest opinion. I've received both and they've very good quality. And received quickly too. So I would definitely use again.

Don’t order!!! No response after 3 emails, multiple attempts at chat online, no items or refund! I’m going to contact my credit card company! Disgusting

was told my order had been shipped. It never arrived. Despite 3 emails I have had no response. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Don't waste your money on this company. They obviously don't care about their customers.

Ordered some bands for a funeral service ,they stated on website they would confirm my artwork etc via email prior to production ,i was waiting for the email when they sent message to say they had been despatched? i was pleased with despatch time but was disappointed to receive an incorrect order ?which should have been rectified (as stated by themselves on the website) their wording from website:
"We will send you confirmation of your artwork to the email address provided, before we begin production to ensure the wristbands are exactly how you want them."
Totally NOT the case !
they will NOT answer my telephone calls & messages left ,and sent numerous emails ,ridiculous customer service ,they have my money and i have wristbands that are not fit for purpose ?Not recommended ,as i now see other bad reviews also on trust pilot ,wish id read before giving my money .I am taking this further as they should NOT be able to trade offering such terrible customer service .

I ordered 1 white and 1 green wrist band each with a name and phone number debossed. What I GOT was one green, and one blue un-debossed wrist band. The debossing was not in the middle of the band as I requested but right at the bottom near the edge. 4 emails have now been ignored. I want my money back for the blue band. Why they didn't contact me to say the white was out of stock mystifies me. I would have accepted two green debossed bands if they had. I will never buy from these people again and suggest you avoid them.
Update I'm on my 6th ignored email now.
