I was SUPER excited to receive my personalized items for my new adopted son then I received an email that they were going to refund my money due to an issue. I replied to the same email asking that I'm willing to wait and never received a response with an other alternatives options on a future discount code. I'm very disappointed.

Hi Hilda, we apologise you are unhappy we could not send out the flash cards. As mentioned in the email we are in process of changing the size of the flash cards into a flash card book, and thus they were unavailable. As a locally made business we refuse to send out anything that isn’t near perfect, or at least we try to, and thus we did not want to send you out a product that was not up to our standards. Hope you can understand and you’re more than welcome to order the new flash card books when they’re back online :)

Advice

Looks good. However the boxing of the box was completely crushed, perhaps bubble wrapping them so that they don’t get crushed in transit would go a long way to the preservation of its presentation.

Hi Jabour,
We are so sorry to hear this. This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have, especially given the beautiful magnetic packaging. The box is enveloped in a bubble wrap bag however it looks like it was still damaged and we are very sorry to hear this. We will send out a replacement packaging box immediately, please email us so we can rectify this for you.
