If I could have awarded no stars

If I could have awarded no stars, I would have. I ordered a personalised suitcase in the middle of November 2020 and expected to receive it 3 to 4 days later. Then I had a message to say because of COVID it will be a further 3 to 4 days. I emailed the company and they told me it was a pre-order and would have Guaranteed delivery by 16th December, then the 20th and then the 29th December. I still haven’t received my suitcase. But luckily got my money back through PayPal.

Love island bottle 😍🏖

In January of 2020 I ordered a personalised bottle that had my name on it, the delivery took around a week and a half which is great in my eyes 😸 The bottle was exactly what I expected and I couldn’t be happier 😁 I got frequent emails informing me where my bottle was and how long it would take to get to me 🛍 As far as I can remember it came a day or two before planned 🤩 Highly recommend everyone purchase something from here some time ‼️
