Effective and Simple
The portal is stylish and straightforward. After a quick tour of its features, it was easy to navigate. The changeover in account management meant the start-up for us was bumpy, but once we were linked up with Jordan, everything was handled so fast. Within a couple of days, all of our applications were processed as we wanted them and had working processes.

My whole experience was brilliant, I was confused and needed answers and LEVI was brilliant she understood everything so easily and helped me step by step and also sent me a email with all information regarding my next steps in the taxi plus application so once again thank you taxi plus and especially LEVI.

Company fail to disclose that they…
Company fail to disclose that they don’t accept passports from the Netherlands. Making my time and money wasted as they won’t give back full refund. A total fail to disclose that before making a purchase.
I find out they don’t take Netherlands passports way up to the moment of verification, making impossible to continue my application, I asked for refund but comes with a price.
The lady on the phone tho was nice, sound polite and helpful, but a massive 1 start for the rest.

Personnel checks are always very helpful with any DBS advice.
We have been using Personnel Checks for a few years and we have recently started using YOTI which has made a difference to the ease of applying for DBS for workers who live further afield from the main office.
The phones are always answered promptly and the staff very helpful.
