I ordered pens from this company on May 2, 2026. I received a confirmation email from them. They took my money, but I have received no more information from them. I have sent many emails to find out what is going on, but still have not gotten anything back from them.
This company is a scam. We ordered $500 in pens for Christmas on Nov 3 and have never heard back from them. Their admin email address is junk and their phone number will not go through. Please run from this company before placing your order.
i ordered $130 worth of pens, it has been a month and have not received, email to the "admin" comes back as undeliverable. this is a scam and i am planning to dispute with my bank. What a joke. i ordered these for my WEDDING. Scammers and over priced pens
Took my money and never sent the pens this is a scam
It has been 2 months and I still have no received my pens. The phone number doesn't work, and the admin email says undeliverable. Do not buy from this company its a scam
Scammed by PersoPens, placed an order and paid for order the following day. Took 3 months to receive an answer on why the pens haven't been received. Responded with they want more money for shipping which i have refused as i have already paid shipping. Ignoring my emails for a request for a refund.

This company scammed me and denied it. I sent them images of an exact customer order. They billed me and made pens that were not what I wanted. I asked them many times to send photos before they shipped so I could confirm. They sent me photos covering up the area that was wrong. I asked again and again, they then sent me tracking. I told them do not ship without first confirming the correct order. They didn't answer and the pens arrived wrong of course. I said refund me and send return shipping label. They said they would give me a discount on my next order. I disputed with credit card and now am dealing with that. This has now been 3 month long ordeal.
