I'm a 30+ yrs web developer and I sent them this note when I cancelled:

You tried to charge my credit card $150 WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST! Your new AI company is a total JOKE & take it seriously because otherwise to me companies that pull this kind of "FREE Trial" BS then without notifying the customer they're about to be charged is a total JOKE & it's a pathetic & sleezy way of doing business. When I write my review of your company (& I will believe me especially when you try to charge my credit card $150 without first asking me was I ready to signup?) you're a total joke & a pathetic business! Another great thing about AI is you can ask it to compare services from different companies and yours came out the loser in every comparison I ran on multiple AI platforms, so good luck going forward but I'd seriously suggest you start notifying potential customers first you're about to charge their credit card especially when it's for a fairly significant amount of money for many people just trying to start their new business, which I'm not but you're the kind of companies that make me sick for budding entrepreneurs, truly pathetic!

And you can also bet I'll post my review at my website AICommandos.com and another posting to Trust Pilot so you don't continue with your "dubious" at best practices!

Can't log in to my account at all: it logs in initially and then immediately logs me out and returns me to the homepage. I contacted the owner via Discord, the official method of contact, and didn't get an answer despite repeated attempts. It's now been two months. Avoid.
