Who is Jamie
I am unsure of this company's actual business name, as they operate under several aliases, including Garage Door Repair for Perth, Garage Door Guys, and Everserve Pty (among others).
They installed a new garage door motor that did not work properly from day one, opening and closing inconsistently. To their credit, they did return to try and rectify the issue but ultimately failed. After multiple phone calls trying to reach someone in authority, I am forced to conclude that "Jamie" does not exist—despite promises on their website that he answers the phone, he is entirely impossible to get hold of.
The service technicians eventually claimed I needed entirely new springs or a new door—neither of which had any issues prior to their visit.
Fortunately, I called Buddy at SuperLift, who expertly solved the problem over the phone. As I suspected, there was no need to replace the springs or the door at all.
So, to the technicians who insisted I "was not a garage door technician and should listen to you"—I beg to differ!
Check their Google reviews carefully—at least one of their 5-star reviews was left by an employee of the company.
