Came out next day as promised, very pleasant man Neil Taylor and another pleasant young man to investigate the rats in my raised bed. They were extremely thorough gave loads of information and good advice

Had an infestation of Drain Flies in bathroom. They appeared after drains were flushed out. After a couple of weeks trying to get rid of them to no avail, I contacted Pest Shield. The guy called out checked drains with camera couldn't see anything. He suggested problem could be seal at back of toilet and advised calling plumber, although the seal around pipe was not broken no leakage. He said he sprayed something around toilet outlet and on window where many flies were and advised leaving it few days before wiping. Nothing he did helped situation if anything the flies were increasing. He never mentioned what he sprayed so not sure what it was but it was ineffectual. The infestation worsened over next few weeks so spending £72 for a spray that did nothing and advise that made no sense made me wonder if he had any knowledge at all about Drain Flies.
