Good company -
Had Aaron over today - to deal with our ants. Super cheerful and efficient - encouraged us to call the company in 4 weeks ( earlier if there’s a problem) and let them know how the bait has done. Really helpful and open approach. I’d definitely use them again.

Usual great service by Graham. Absolutely no complaints about him.
It’s a shame that the office can never seem to stick with the original planned date. 3 months running now I’ve not had a visit on the day originally planned and have waited in unnecessarily. Also no communication on the day. Annoying that this keeps happening especially as I committed to an annual contract. Perhaps someone more senior than the customer service manager could contact me (if they ever read the reviews)

Don't waste your money
Failed to help in day even though had card payment. Never sent quote for future work as promised the next day even though told what we had already paid £100+ for visit would be taken off if we chose them. Then had cheek to ask if quote was OK 2 days later although never received it . Wrote and asked for refund for failing to follow their own agreement and now being ignored . And no refund Easy money just for nothing .
