I was so grateful for this service. Matt came out within an hour and laid traps and explained everything he was doing to prevent the infestation to continue. He was profession and polite and even caught some during his visit. It's not the cheapest service for calling out someone so last minute but knowing that they'll come back to fill holes next week and I can call out any time over the next 3 months is brilliant and it makes it feel worth the cost.

A really helpful and responsive company which I highly recommend. Nick, who has visited us on a number of occasions to help us with our mouse problem, was extremely prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say, our mouse issues have cleared up significantly.

Catch it pest control were recommended to myself. Matthew and the team were very professional and knowledgeable which provided great reassurance to ourselves. Particularly with a newborn baby in the house. We would highly recommend them.

Very quick response, I phoned at 8am due to a wasp nest stopping us having a BBQ and the very nice lady on the phone sent a technician out same day so I was very happy to say the least.

How surprised was I to see a field mouse scupper across the kitchen floor. We got catch it on the phone directly and they were with us within a week.

Catch it did 3 checks and gave us an all clear. Peace of mind for me. Matt was exceptionally great and took the time to explain, the why's and wherefores of our little visitor and that it seemed to have left while doing the necessary filling of holes and inspections, etc.
I would definitely recommend Catch It for peace of mind.

From the initial phone call I cannot fault this company at all, the customer service was fantastic, Tony answered all my questions and arranged a survey of my property, their surveyor Showed is all our issues and put a plan in place, the same day Tony also arranged a technician to carry out the first treatment for mice, we also had two follow up treatments to make sure the mice were gone, on the final visit, they sealed off the entry points, so far so good, we have not seen any mice, I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family. 5 stars are not enough, thank you all once again.

I had a sudden bug problem in my room! It was a very traumatic experience but Gary from catch it pest control was in contact with me from the day I contacted them and has been extremely responsive, supportive and understanding. We had a very sudden and unexpected infestation of mice and made exactly the right decision to ask catch-it pest control to help us.

Particular thanks to Matt who dealt with our problem always in a very friendly and professional manner. We were always kept informed of what stage the treatment was at and how many visits were likely to be needed

Catch-it also performed the clean up and disinfection after the problem was resolved. Again this was done by Matt who had dealt with us through all stages of the problem.

The other aspect that was important for us was knowing that our dog would be safe during the treatment, and Matt was always very careful to make sure everything was impeccably clean after his visits.

I have no reservations about recommending catch-it to anyone who has mice problems !!

Catch it pest control really lives up to its name (catch it) I will highly recommend this company for their first class customer service/advice reliable and reasonable cost for pest treatment . Gary whom I spoke to mostly dealt with my enquire promptly also made me feel at ease and assured me not in anyway was I being a pest (loL) Tony and the office team were also vey helpful to me very informative and prompt response to my enquiries on the pest problem I was having.

My main praise is for Alan who visited my home to carry out the treatment he was very
friendly polite professional and thorough also explained to the purpose for his visit and the treatment for my pest issue.

I highly recommend catch it pest control - in particular Matt who has been out a couple of times to sort a problem with mice. He was thorough in exploring and fixing the problem, as well as the decontamination service. He was friendly too - very warm to speak with and helpful in explaining what he was doing and why, which I appreciate as it made me comfortable to have him in my home. The office team were always quick to respond and I never had any trouble getting a visit booked in with them when needed.

Contacted Catch-It Pest Control to deal with a couple of rats who had taken up residency in my courtyard. Within 24 hours of making the call, Richard arrived to take care of the situation. Throughout the process he was extremely professional and efficient. The service provided was of a very high standard and as promised, Richard did not leave the treatment process until the problem was fully resolved. I would have absolutely no hesitations recommending Richard and all at Catch-It Pest Control to all my family and friends.

Matt came over to take care of rat at my place. I was very impressed with how efficient and professional he was. He took care of the rat and provided some helpful tips. Called Catch-it to deal with the appearance of a couple of mice in our kitchen/dining room and was very impressed by the approachable, efficient and prompt service. Their pricing is very competitive when compared with another well-known pest control company, but there is no compromise on quality of service. Our designated operative was Allan, who was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. The treatment was successful and, overall, the service couldn't have been better.

I had to call Catch-It Pest Control to deal with a rat at my property. I called a few pest control companies as I needed someone urgently as we have 2 small children but no one responded as quickly as Catch-It. I spoke to Tony who arranged for someone to be there within half an hour. Chris came out to deal with it and managed to resolve the issue as best as possible. We then had it back the next day so Tony again sent Chris within an hour of me calling and he didn’t leave until he’d caught the rat. Chris was really understanding and made sure he didn’t leave until we were happy with things.

I cannot thank Catch-It enough for being so responsive. Nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
