DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely terrible service and LIES

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They’re absolutely rubbish and I wish we had read the real reviews before believing the fake ones on their website. I’d recommend people stay well away from this company if they want their value for money and want to be treated with any kind of respect and common courtesy.

We had pests and called this company and paid the £240 when asked to before every treatment that was completed. They guaranteed after the third treatment the pests would be gone and if they came back the next ones would be free. We noticed they hadn’t gone after the second and tried some home remedies we saw online to get rid of them ourselves. The technician who came out for the third treatment told us MIDWAY through the treatment that the home remedy would disrupt the treatment process but he still carried on and charged us the full amount anyways… He knew if he had told us before he started we wouldn’t have gone through with the treatment.

We didn’t see any signs of the pests and so thought they were gone, but after a few weeks they had come back. We accepted we shouldn’t have put the sand down and paid for the next treatment fully as well (fourth treatment that was supposed to be ‘guaranteed’ free). So at this point we’ve paid £960 and I should’ve realised at this point that this company is an absolute scam.

About 10 days later when the technician comes out again for another treatment we thought would finally be free as ‘guaranteed’ he says we need to pay only AFTER he’s come out. Not in the text before or in any kind of invoice sent. AFTER he’s come into our home because he knows if we don’t go through with it we’d still have to pay the ‘call out fee’ of £120. This is apparently because we waited too long to call for the guarantee free treatment. If we saw no signs of pests for a few weeks why would we call them…And even if it had been a few weeks why not give that treatment for free since it was ‘guaranteed’. The customer service was abysmal - the communication of fees and expectations is at an all time low.

I saw on another users review they replied she’s lying because ‘they only do restaurants and landlord work’ which is absolutely a lie. They do come out to homes and they’ll run you dry of your money while they’re there.

Yes you had an extremely bad infestation of bedbugs in the whole house we do guarantee after 3 treatments , however you did not follow any advice given to you your house is extremely dirty and you are all living on top of each other and the spread of bedbugs is made much easier because of your living conditions and after you put sand around all the rooms you had stopped the treatment from being successful so you were told it would not be guaranteed because of this you then waited a further 3 weeks before asking us to come back and do another treatment you were advised that because you had left it so long it would need at least another 2 treatments to break the cycle before we can guarantee but when we arrived for the second treatment you expected it for free even though you accepted that it was your fault you disrupted the treatment you then agreed to pay for the second treatment and have the guarantee however while doing the treatment we noticed that you had used more home remedies which you denied but it was in all the rooms again how do you expect a treatment to work if you do not listen to expert advice you will never get rid of your bed bugs if you do not listen to advice and do not live in a dirty house on top of each other your treatment did not work because of this so why you feel the need to write a review like this is beyond me and if only I could warn any other pest control company’s to stay away I would

Avoid This Company – Misleading, Overpriced and Poor Service

We had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this pest control company, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear.

We were charged £285 for what amounted to a 10-minute visit, during which the technician placed down just two trays of poison. We were explicitly told that “£285 covers everything”, and were pressured to make the payment on the spot. No breakdown of costs, no explanation — just “pay now”.

Two weeks later, he returned to carry out further work, but once he’d already started, he suddenly informed us that we had to pay an additional £120. When we questioned this, we were met with more pressure to pay immediately. The justification for the extra charge was vague, didn’t make sense, and certainly wasn’t explained clearly.

To make matters worse, they didn’t even remove the dead rats. We paid a total of £405, and we’re left feeling misled, overcharged, and had to remove the rats ourselves.

This company is, in my opinion, operating unethically — using high-pressure sales tactics, making false promises, and delivering very little in return. Their customer service is non-existent, and once they’ve got your money, they don’t seem to care. The “excellent” Trustpilot score advertised on their website is misaligned with the true score on Trustpilot, so false advertising and misleading.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did. There are far more reputable pest control providers out there — avoid this one at all costs.

Can confirm the number on your website is the number we were communicating with. Tommy was the technician who came out and Peter was the boss we spoke to.
