If I could give more than five stars, I would!

What an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. I honestly can’t recommend this pest control company highly enough. We were dealing with a really stressful cockroach infestation, and from the very first contact I had with Charlene, she was professional, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Charlene was able to allocate a technician for the very next morning for us and clearly explained what the process would be.

The technician who came out was thorough, respectful of our home, and took the time to identify the source of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. They also gave really helpful advice on prevention, which made a big difference.

The treatment itself was very effective—within a short time we noticed a huge improvement, and now the problem has completely gone. What stood out most was their reliability and attention to detail; they clearly take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

If you’re dealing with anything similar, don’t hesitate to use this company. They turned a really unpleasant situation into something manageable and resolved it far quicker than I expected. A 5 star service all round.

bed bug treatment

we was lost and had used another company to help us with bedbugs which didn't work, after speaking to Pests of London we was left reassured and used them, given how bad the issue was we had to have three treatments and its now been 5 weeks and we now don't have any more issues.

we must really applaud your service and your great team.

Please do not use this company!

Please, please, please avoid this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with their pest control service. They attended my property to deal with a pest issue but did not complete the work that was agreed, and the problem was clearly not resolved when they left.

When I contacted them to explain that the issue was still ongoing, they arranged to come back. I assumed this was to finish the job properly since the work hadn’t been completed the first time. However, I was later told that I would be charged again simply for them attending the property a second time.

This felt extremely unfair and unprofessional. If a company fails to complete the work they were originally paid to do, customers should not be expected to pay extra just for them to return and finish it.
The manager who i was passed to was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They clearly just wanted my money and did not care about my issue.
I subsequently phoned another pest control company who were polite, professional and completed the job correctly. They charged much less abd were more effective.

Overall, the service was poor, communication was frustrating, and the way this was handled left me feeling taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

PLEASE DO NOT USE Pests of London. You can see from their responses to unhappy customers that they take no responsibility for their poor service and do not care about their customers.

Successful intervention! I used the service of Jamie in two…

I used the service of Jamie in two properties in 2022. He was courteous and efficient, taking time to explain the problems we had with rodents and moths. Follow up visits to check the material he had put in place gave us clear indications of where to fill holes that were giving access to the rodents. Both situations are now under control.
He gave a full written report that I could pass on to my tenant explaining measures for prevention.
The price was much less than a quote from a major national company. His advice was so successful that we have not had to call him back since the initial intervention in 2022.

Keely from Pests of London was fabulous

Keely from Pests of London came out to see me today regarding a dead squirrel caught in my chimney flue. The smell was awful but she didn’t bat an eyelid and was always so professional. She tried everything to get it from a very hard to reach place and was successful in eradication. She disinfected the site thoroughly afterwards. She was punctual, hard working, solutions oriented and thorough. I can’t recommend her enough.

I called pests of london to deal with…

I called pests of london to deal with rats in my garden that were driving us mad. The engineer that came out to me was polite and really helpful. They did explain that stopping rats outside was a little unrealistic, as much as i didn't want to hear that i understood it. i have their bait stations in my garden on a permanent basis that they come and check every 8 weeks and the problem is now very much under control. Cant thank you enough for helping us out and also not giving us a goal that was never going to happen.

Racist and sexist man with anger issues.

I have just received some shocking service from pests of London LTD. I was screamed at on the phone by a male who used racial and disgusting slurs such as pak* and slu*, etc. I received a phone call from him asking what the problem was post service and I asked him about after care and told him I didn’t receive any in person information (he sent a long document to read however the most crucial information should be reiterated in person and it was not) To which he responded with ‘you’re a dumb fuc*king bit*ch’ and then continued his slurs. I payed £150 for a service which needs a second treatment in 10 days however after his racial abusive behaviour I doubt he will come back and I do not want his service again.

Racist behaviour in 2024 is disgusting and I hope to see the service under review. I’ve noticed other bad reviews too and I’m happy to take this to court if needed as the service is incomplete as well

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. Lazy job, they just want to take your money. Then take 0 accountability when the problem is not fixed! Expensive and a complete waste of my money. Put the poison in the wrong areas just because he was lazy and when he came to collect the poison on the second visit, he just came and left. The girl on the phone who makes the appointments is so rude I’ve never received such a bad experience. Do not book with this company they will not help your rodent problem just want to take your money!!!

**DO NOT USE**

**DO NOT USE** Unfortunately, we used Pests of London recently as we had a mice problem. While we were originally happy with the service provided, on collecting the traps, Jamie snapped one of our Plinth’s. When we discussed this with him his solution to stick a piece of metal behind it to keep it together was unsatisfactory. We conveyed this to him. Only for him to then state it was old and brittle and that’s why it broke, kinda funny that the other plinths didn’t suffer the same fate. A lack of responsibility for your mistakes and care for your customers means we cannot recommend your company and would strongly suggest you look at your customer care policies. If you are thinking of using this company we would advise you look elsewhere.
