The only problem was the length of time it takes on a special order, but that is very detailed and you know about that upfront.

wow, just wow. This seller has incredible talent, communication and is very sensitive to the fact that she'smaking memorial items for people. I got a ring with my dogs ashes and it was all kept organized, Id numbers and she sent me condolences even! I am SO grateful for this servcie. Just perfect!!

My mother passed away in 2024. How do you keep her memory and close to your heart? Its simple. Petals and keepsakes. I had ordered 2 heart necklaces for her grandchildren (my daughters), followed the clear instructions, and the necklaces were delivered in a timely manner. I gave the heart necklaces to my daughters on Valentines day of 2026 and they have never removed them since. Their grandma will always be a piece of their heart!

This was one of the best on line experiences I’ve ever had. I saw the site and my loved one had recently passed and I thought that it was such a special way to have him close. I made the initial contact and received detail information for how to proceed. They contacted me when his ashes were received, responded in record time to every inquiry I had and were so thoughtful and kind during the whole experience. I am so in love with my necklace. I had to make the hard decision and lay my soul dog to sleep unexpectedly. I am still shattered but have a little piece of him physically with me everyday, gives me a little more comfort and calmness.

Everything was perfect. Communication. Sending the ashes. I had to move after I placed my order and I contacted and she was able to switch my address. I just recieved my ring yesterday of my fiancé's ashes and it brought me to tears. It's absolutely beautiful.

Ordered a black memorial band for a man The quality is decent but it looks nothing as advertised The ashes inlaid in the middle of it look like mud it looks like they put clay in there and just glued it down it's terrible, I am extremely upset with how it turned out!

They were happy to connect the two orders so Id get them at the same time. Both my items, necklace and ring, that have my husband's ashes.. are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! The ring I had made for my momma for Christmas turned out better than I could have imagined, it was absolutely Beautiful and she has my Daddy with her all the time ,she loves it so much !

Ordered 3 bracelets which cost £300 and £50 delivery , when arrived I had to pay £77 custom fee which is expected. So all in payed £400+ for 3 bracelets. They arrived the pendants with hair was nice however the quality of the bracelets wasn’t great , after 1 day my sisters snapped and was given a refund , now 3 weeks later mine and my mums have snapped and been lost so left now with no bracelets after poor quality and breaking for £400 I would expect something that would last
