Petalsleaf is a scam site

Petalsleaf is a scam site - avoid like the plague. I only lost £10, because I used a disposable card. If you use your main account, they will empty it. No refunds, rubbish products no one would buy that are way over-priced. Avoid avoid avoid.

Buyer beware AVOID SCAM

Buyer beware. Scam and fraudulent company via an offer too good to refuse for Zara products for €2. Do not enter your bank details. Reported to fraud watch dog and to Facebook. My comments warning others on Facebook post were removed. I was asked for a Trust Pilot review as it was required for refund. It was suggested I would give a four or five star review which of course would be unhelpful to other unsuspecting customers!. Stay away from offers that are too good to be true and from Petalsleaf

I received a quick follow up which is a good experience.
I would like also to mention that I never intended to be a member of petalsleaf.com, I wanted to order something that is not even advertised in petalsleaf.com and when paying for what I order I automatically got signed on to petalsleaf.com and never go what I ordered. indeed you can untick the option to become a member, but is to tiny that is deceiving.
so, although I had a great follow up on the support by Paula, I am extremelly annoyed of the way petalsleaf.com tries to lure people into buying a service they never wanted.

Fraudulent website

I recently encountered a fraudulent website that offered a discount on an article. After entering my credit card details, I was redirected to another website (petalsleaf.com) that requested an OTP. However, my card was charged before OTP verification, which should not have happened. Additionally, an account was created on the website without my confirmation.

Despite not validating the OTP, the debited amount was not refunded, and there was an unauthorized attempt to charge my card again. This indicates deceptive practices and potential credit card fraud.

The transaction was processed under the name MyOutdoorWay Limassol CY, which appears to be the company that benefited from the charge. It is important to note that this company operates several websites under its name, including:

myoutdoorway.com
petalsleaf.com
salfetoltd.com
All of these websites share the same physical address

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. Signed me up unknowingly to a gold membership. Was on a completely different site buying something else entirely when suddenly I was signed up to this and they were charging my bank card an amount that wasn't even what I was buying. Complete fraud. I've emailed them to cancel immediately and called my bank. If they take my money that's pending a fraud case will be started immediately. Complete scammers.
