Great biscuits but appalling nonexistent customer support. Emailed 3 times with no reply and phone number listed doesn’t even work. Ridiculous subscription service that does not show frequency of delivery nor provide any setting to allow change.
My Dogs love these Treats! Never anything left when eaten, even the Crumbs are licked up. 😋 A bit expensive but worth it for your Fur Buddies! UPDATE - 06/07/25
Tried the Peanut butter & Banana Bones for my Big Boys 8th Bthdy this month! He & his sister Loved them! Again a Great Product but a little pricey But thats to be expected for Hand Crafted Dog Biscuits. 5 🌟
My dog is at the end of her life and all she will eat are the sunday roast treats, The vet cannot come out until Friday and I was worried I was going to run out of treats. I emailed Bernard to see if he could send out some special delivery at 7 in the evening, He replied straight away and said he would send some no charge. This is amazing service and I am so grateful - he has made Lola's last days as happy as they can be.I am forever grateful.
Our dog loves these treats ... and so do other dogs in our road! One local dog refuses to continue walking if he sees us outside as he knows he'll be given a lovely Pet Bakery treat! Our dog is well trained ... except for the dribbling! When we make him wait for his Pet Bakery treat, he dribbles everywhere!!! We only allow our dog these delicious handmade treats - well done Pet Bakery, we love you!
