Definite scam

Definite scam. Had a reminder for both my dogs. Microchips don’t expire. Have just recently had to give my dogs info to my new pet insurance company to make a claim. Could there be a data breach there? Who knows. Do not send them any money!

Scam!

Yep, same as everyone else here. I almost fell for it as everything was correct except they missed a digit off my phone number. But scary how they would get the dog’s microchip details. They must have hacked the legitimate companies I guess? I can’t imagine how else that could happen?

Total scam

Received a message saying that my pets microchip details had expired and that he would be an unlisted dog. All of the details were correct apart from the phone number which had been changed and advised 2 years ago. They prompt you to change details then hit you with a fee of about £18, so very convincing.
Be vigilant if you receive an e-mail, microchip details are for the life of the pet and don’t expire.

Yes a scam, I just thought I would Google it, because I could see no renewal price!
Very convincing as I was starting to worry about my pooch not getting returned, if she did ever get lost.

PETCHIP NETWORK is a scam

SCAM ‼️ Very convincing. I almost fell for it. I completed sections confirming details. Next section asking for a renewal fee. Thankfully I then remembered that registration as a puppy was for life.

SCAM.They almost got me.

SCAM-They almost got me on Sunday 23rd/Feb. read their email saying my dogs chip registration had expired so I panicked & paid £26.95 through PAYPAL. couldn't remember who I had my dog chipped with without looking at paperwork but as they had all my information I thought they must be legit. Started thinking they weren't a real company when I did not get any confirmation through email so then I looked at the reviews and they all said scam. How stupid I felt 🥴. Got straight onto PayPal as the £26.95 was still pending in my bank so PayPal put a stop on it thank goodness. Can't believe I almost got scammed because I am usually keyed up on that kind of thing but they were so convincing as they had all my information. Just a big thank you to PayPal & the rest of the reviewers.

Total scam. Once they have your details they come back with demands to renew your registration - for a fee. Not sure where they originally got my details from.
