Ordered 20 packets of Dog treats because the price was good. They arrived very quickly but upon opening the boxes I found that the treats all expired three to four weeks ago. Company wanted me to return the expired treats to get a refund which would have cost me half the price I paid in postage.
EDIT: The reply is some gaslighting to make me look like an idiot. This is from the email reply I received when I complained to them:

I had issue with order delivery, support agent handled it quickly. He was very responsive and nice. Highly recommend this site.
I wanted to order a fox which was sold out, they took my phone number and said they will call me back and that they did, 4 times !!! organising this. these guys went above and beyond and ordered it in from the uk especially for me and then arranged for it to be sent down to Dublin. thank you so much.

Ordered turtle food via amazon for home delivery, which I was really really relying on, and they delivered the wrong item- fish food flakes. I contacted the company direct and explained the situation. I was told the correct order would be sent out straight away and with next day delivery.. it is now Saturday and I didnt receive my order yesterday! I am without food for my turtles now and have the hassle of trying to organise it now myself. I can see from other reviews that this company seems to have a bad reputation, I'm sorry I didnt see the reviews before I ordered.. I will stick with my local pet shop from now on! Do not recommend.
Ordered via Amazon, I’ve been scammed, like others. They collected the item for refund (they organised courier) and now ignore all my messages. Unfortunately ending in court proceedings via money claim online. They haven’t got a leg to stand on. It was collected two weeks ago. Any courier issues are not my issue!! It is tracked as collected. I spent a long time researching for a behaviourist for my dog and found many cowboys out there trying to be a professional but causing more issues/harm to dogs with poor training. Then I found Donna who is so amazing !
I had an Alaskan malamute who was extremely nervous of entire males. He also like the chase livestock and Donna turned this dogs behaviour around. His behaviour improved very quickly using clicker training and rewarding good behaviour. Donna spent time showing me how to train him and this worked very well. He was very anxious of entire males and she showed me how to train him to overcome this and worked with us.
We also used Donna for our family Staffie who needed muzzle training and she worked with us and resolved this problem.
Donna has made progress with our dogs and is fantastic at her job. She has qualifications and the most important thing is is that our dogs love her!!!
I would use Donna again if i needed support with my animals. I asked Donna for her registration number and she gave it to me straight away. Other behaviourists cannot provide this registration number so make sure you ask for this! it is very important as some just follow YouTube to learn and pass this on however that is what can be done by anyone.
Asking for qualifications and registration details shows they are real and know their stuff. Also vets and insurance companies are aware of the details, qualifications and have access to the register, I know from experience!
Ordered Calm-Eze tablets for our little anxious dog and received them within 3 days, absolutely delighted for the super quick delivery and best price on the Internet.

Item arrived quickly and well packaged, but wasn’t the quality I had hoped for. I appreciate that this is not the sellers fault. When returning the item, the company were argumentative, condescending and rude.
Disgusting!! I ordered a brand new litter tray from this company costing £27.69 and it was sent to me in a disgusting state covered in stains, cat hairs and dirty marks!!
Absolutely disgusting how this company thinks it is acceptable to send out a new litter tray in this state!!
I would never let my cat use a used litter tray never mind it being completely unhygienic!!
I would never purchase anything from this company again!!
Their used litter tray was returned to them and my money was rightfully refunded back to me!!

I had a very good experience with my order and also with the customer service. The situation was as followed: I was given a refund on parts of my order and therefore thought it was almost cancelled. Due to the higher amount of packaging & delivery costs I also wanted to cancel the solemn item which would lay below the delivery costs. So it made no sense to me to order only one item, which normally just was thought to be the additionally and not the main product I targeted. But it turned out that everything was complete and it was only a confusing error. The customer service also informed me on that immediately and confirmed my delivery for today, which also happened exactly so. So, I can't say anything bad about the company and will definitely order again! Thank you

Was a little sceptical after reading reviews on here but decided to give them a go and I’m so glad I did. I did have a couple of items missing from my order but this was sorted over email very quickly and replacements arrived in the post a few days later. Will definitely be ordering again
At the time of typing this, their rating is already down to 2.2.
I ordered a product which they damaged before sending it & I confirmed this to them at least twice. They replied to infer that I was lying, because they blamed the courier when they knew this wasn't correct. They decided what the resolve should be only & that's abhorrent too. Look anywhere else for products, but not here.
The products are fantastic but there shipping and customer care is absolutely shocking, wont go back tried to support small business but they take your money when they don't have the products in stock
Travelling from UK to Ireland so we thought we would be smart - order a months worth of food for our dog in Dublin as saves us transporting it from the UK.
Package arrived damaged (we have photographs). No surprise as the tins of dog food were packaged with no protection (no bubble wrap or anything, box was too weak for the weight). Two packs of 6 tins left floating to move around.
Looking at it, initially we thought the two six packs of were damaged. Later when we started to unpack the other tins, tin after tin after tin was dented (we have photographs).
Despite emailing Sunday 9th advising we were leaving the property on Wednesday (12th) we are still swapping emails on the 19th.
Company doesn't understand our period in Dublin was to quarantine. Left the tins in Dublin as we wouldn't travel with limited space with damaged tins.
Wouldn't feed our dog with damaged tins.
Company would like us to go back to Dublin, pack up 52 loose tins (in what as they are unpacked and the box sent was damaged) and then mail them back to them.
Long audit trail of emails and photographs for supporting evidence. Won't be using them again and wouldn't recommend them.
