My usual provider was out of stock for this certain item and so I found it here for a competitive price. Due to an oversight in stocktaking it meant I couldn’t wait too long. It actually arrived with me (standard delivery option) well within 24 hours!!!! Was kept informed throughout with a small delivery window. Brilliant service and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.

The best customer service I’ve ever had!!
Phenomenal service, I couldn’t recommend this company enough. The service we had was so personalised and informative - we knew where our delivery was every step of the day. We also knew that we were getting the best dry food for our dog, Wilson. He loves the food by the way and the feeding guide was so informative. We won’t be buying from anywhere else now. A big thank you to Andy - we are so impressed and are sure this food will be a big hit with Wilson.

Great customer service with your dogs welfare at the centre
I've been using Pet Direction since we got our dog 2 years ago, first using Eden and now their own brand Grace. Our Labradoodle is thriving.
The staff here are superb, friendly and very knowledgeable and have often gone above and beyond when needing general feeding advice or getting supplies etc. Great value too. A superb company and thoroughly recommended.
