We have had 4 or 5 orders and each one has been brilliant.
No packaging problems, the pizza is great, the sauce is great and the end result of the garlic bread is out of this world.
I just wish they were back.

I have a £50 voucher to use which is out of date at the end of March, I am unable to use this due to the site rebranding. I have had no replies to my email.

I have loyalty credits to use and they have been going through a rebrand and waiting on a new website for months.

Bought a voucher for my boyfriend for his birthday in March only for the website to now be completely inaccessible due to ‘rebranding’ for at least 3 months. Very frustrating as he has only managed to use his voucher once and still has a fair amount of money on it.

not much for the money, the pizzas tasted OK but quite bland, and they only made small pizzas not the size they said, wouldn't really think of buying from them again unfortunately.

I have had this pizza twice now and have been extremely impressed! Can't believe you can have pizza this good at home without a pizza oven.

It is always arrived in a timely manner and well packaged/presented. I have recommended the company to multiple friends who have all loved the pizza.

I had mistakenly used the wrong postcard once and the customer service to resolve this issue was truly excellent.

I could not recommend this company more highly!!!

Really lovely product well presented and extremely tasty, great variety of bundles to cater for all the family. We will certainly order again!

Kit arrived with both pots of dough leaking out of their containers, tomato sauce had leaked over everything.
Sadly company ignored our e mails which is a shame as hate leaving bad reviews but it appears this is the only way customers can get a response.
Previous orders were great shame customer service is poor

Ordered Peter in the Pan for the first time last week, I’ve seen these kits advertised and kept wanting to try them but the price did put me off a little. Anyway we’ve been isolating so I thought a treat was in order for all of us. Ordered the family bundle for four of us, two adults and two thirteen year olds, all with hearty appetites and there was more than enough to fill us all. The pizzas were AMAZING, we all absolutely loved the whole experience from the kit being delivered in the most thoughtful careful packaging, to making them, to enjoying the actual eating of them. Genuinely said in the future instead of ordering pizza takeaway for treat nights we’ll get Peter in the Pan, can’t recommend enough.

Had this ordered for us as a gift, tomato sauce was everywhere but we saved what we could. Then cooked the pizzas and it was evident that the cheese was off and thus inedible, have contacted them via website but looking previous reviews you only get a response after leaving a review on here. Foolishly I liked the idea and the website so ordered family some for next week hopefully it is not bad like ours was

Received an email which ignored my point and said we don’t offer gluten free pizza, clearly not what I was asking

Edit **** new kit sent out so upgraded review customer service is great will edit again if pizza is good. Received pizza was amazing first one must of been a one off.

Some of the best Pizza Kit's I've had. Fantastic delivery service, delivered nicely with DPD, packed with Cool Kits to ensure it says cool. Making the pizza was super simple and easy! I'm a terrible chef and still able to make it! Will definitely purchase again, base and sauce was so tasty!

I'm surprised that the reviews are all from this month, February 2021 - have previous ones been deleted?
Like others, I too have experienced ingredients being insecurely packed - in my case the flour so there was flour everywhere when I opened the box. Also a refusal to reply to emails. I posted a very critical review on their website but it doesn't appear to have been published - all the ones there are very favourable.
But my real complaint was the dough - unlike in their video, our dough was just four cartons of what I can only describe as gloop. It just stuck to the sides of the cartons and was impossible to work with, even with lots of additional flour. Result was we had dough sticking to work surfaces everywhere, on our hands, on the floor - everywhere. I can only assume something had gone wrong with the dough that time but their refusal to respond to my subsequent emails was unpardonable.
Obviously NOT to be recommended.

Update - coincidentally, the company contacted me the same day that I posted here, apologised and gave a full refund.

The kit was nicely presented, delivered on time and made great pizzas. The only small problems I had were that the Parmesan spilt everywhere in transit so we weren’t able to put any on the pizza. There also wasn’t enough tomato sauce so I had to mix in with passata in order to cover the whole pizza.
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews as this wasn’t what I experienced

I ordered for every single delivery date it would let me!

I would give this company zero stars if I could.
Ordered a delivery for Friday the 29th and it never came, Peter in the pan blamed DPD.
Asked for a refund, still waiting for a response.
My main issue with this company is the absolute lack of communication. I have left numerous emails and messages on the Facebook wall and messenger service and they are ignoring them. Quick enough to comment on a good review though.
Do not order anything from this company unless you want to just pay for fresh air!

I am now extremely disappointed and angry that I haven’t here one word from yourselves, especially when you guaranteed my delivery of my order on Friday 29th February when I emailed you with the query of the delivery date.
I emailed you on Friday and also posted on Facebook on Saturday regarding this and I have heard nothing.
As far as I am concern you have now committed fraud/theft as no order had be fulfilled and money paid for order had not been return, I find it despicable that as a company providing a service that you have behaved in this and I will be sharing this experience across all media to warn would be customers of this lack of service and care.

Ordered a make at home pizza from the website and was promised a Friday delivery from PDP. No delivery on Friday or since and no response from the company. They are advertising on Instagram. Beware!
