I dealt with Brian, I couldn’t really speak over the phone therefore I was communicating via email. Brian was very speedy and efficient in replying to me and answering any questions. I initially asked Brian about another model of car which was not in stock however he sent me over a few options to choose from. Very quick and smooth process! We had never leased a car before and were a little unsure about doing so remotely, but I can honestly say I'm glad we did. From the start Craig Lamont provided an ultra quick quotation to me via email and followed it up with a text to ensure I had received it. He was very attentive and responded to my queries very promptly. Once I accepted and made the application, I was handed over to Alison Molloy who progressed the application swiflty through the finance company. We agreed a delivery date and the car arrived first thing on the agreed day. Not only that, but the night before I received contact from Louisa who was going to deliver it. She kept me informed of her progress on the day and even washed it immediately before delivery! Louisa spent a good half hour talking me through the controls of my new electric vehicle and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving. Overal a great experience from Peter Vardy Leasing.

Great service, full updated on progress of lease. All done professionally and all staff happy to take my calls and update information. Alison, Jodie and Craig were all very professional and made the whole experience straight forward. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

Poor customer service! I was assured the car would be delivered before Christmas when it was ordered on 02/12, as it was in stock and ready to be delivered, however I am still waiting three months later. The car didn’t turn up on the first delivery date provided by Peter Vardy leasing (mid January) with no explanation until I phoned having waited all day. I was told the car had a fault and had been returned to the dealer. I was thereafter provided with a second delivery date in March. At 5pm the evening before I received a email advising that the car would not be delivered as it had been shipped to the wrong port. Although I realise this is a shipping problem and not Peter Vardy we could surely have been advised of this much sooner. Another wasted day off work. I am now having to speak with the insurance company to cancel the insurance once again. Communication from Peter Vardy Leasing after the initial sale has been very poor throughout.

Incredibly helpful and efficient service from Graeme Clacher of Peter Vardy Leasing. He managed to secure a difficult to obtain car and finance in less than 24 hours. Well done and thank you Graeme, you are greatly appreciated.

Can only say that I have had a really positive experience with this company!
From initial enquiry until delivery. ..only negative (which wasn't really a negative) is for the sales team to wait until delivery for feedback . But big thanks to Brian & Alison and Bristol Street Cars 🚗

Have an update for April 2023.

Update
Have just found out that car will not now be with me until June at the earliest. End of June that is. Unfortunately I have a holiday booked for June and can’t afford to take a chance and wait to see if it arrives early. I contacted Peter Vardy leasing and they have promised me a refund and I hope understand why I’m getting car elsewhere.
I feel sorry for them as they are at the mercy of the main dealers. I also am now aware there’s a huge problem getting ANY 1.6 Hybrid jukes so a change had to made.
I’m sure they understand my problem as I also understand theirs. Been assured I will get full refund.
Thanks for understanding and who knows I might possibly be back in 3 years time when the car market settles. ;-)

Very happy that I went through Peter Vardy for my first experience with leasing a car. I enquired through the website, which already had a lot of helpful information and easy to navigate.
Brian Thomson from Sales got in touch with me with a quote and more information pretty much straight away, which I was very impressed with. He helped with questions I had about the quote and updated the quote for me without any problem as I updated my requirements.
The ordering and application process then went very smoothly as well. Jodie Dalgliesh has been keeping me up to date with everything by email and phone and has provided helpful guidance on next steps.
I'm really impressed with their responsiveness and with how easy the process has been so far.
