Very responsive to questions

Very responsive to questions. Shipping takes longer than expected. Had to buy extra dog food in between deliveries when shipping took longer than estimated.

You did great

You did great! The Fed Ex people continue to leave the dog food on the front stoop, even though they are instructed to leave it by the garage door. Perhaps you can make it clear to them; maybe in bigger lettera?

Auto Ship our Cat Food

We enjoy the option to use auto ship. Therefore, we always have on hand the Royal Canin canned food our kitties love!

No delivery and no communication

I ordered pet food thinking I would receive within a week at the maximum. Over 1 week in (10 days and counting), and still no pet food! I realize it's been the holidays, but letting the customer know there's a delay would be nice. Unacceptable.
