Terrible couldn’t even build the cat tree cause the screws won’t go in the correct spot and the instructions are crap and confusing and A WASTE OF MONEY

The hutch itself is very nice looking…
The hutch itself is very nice looking however is made of very flimsy material, the rope provided to keep the enclosed house door open broke on the first day and the wood of the hutch has several chips and splinters already. We have used it for less than one week with one rabbit. The contact and follow up with staff prior to purchase was amazing and cannot be faulted but i did expect stronger materials used for the money i paid.

Efficient service
This online service is very efficient plus fast delivery time. Only negative the actually packing of breakable items is a bit slack little more attention to this to an otherwise excellent service.
