One star is even too much! Terrible experience. Purchase Order made for a total value of 120 EUR, never arrived. No answer to multiple mail sent and, finally, also the phone number is no more active. Experience to forget.

I placed an order for a playset on September 30, 2024 and still haven’t received it. Customer service started out ok. We went through the same story as everyone else, change the color and it will ship faster, etc. I did that and never received anything. At this point customer service has stopped responding to my e-mails. I asked about cancelling my order and they told me that wasn’t an option since my order had shipped. I have no tracking information or proof that it has shipped. I feel like my hands are tied and have no idea how to get my money back. Does anyone have advice?

Dealing with Petit seal has been a disaster from the beginning. Some time ago I ordered something from their website. After three weeks of not a single update nor customer service response regarding order status, I submitted a cancellation request to them (following exactly their guidelines on this). I had by then already called and e-mailed customer service multiple times - via phone the standard reply is that they will take it up with their colleagues and call back, which has never happened. Via email it takes nearly a week to get a response that also isn't helpful.
More than a week after cancelling the order (i.e. more than a month after ordering) I suddenly get a shipping confirmation. So now I have received an order I had already cancelled and can't get a hold of a return label and thus cannot get my money back. It's a scam.

Edit: it’s 2 months later and still no response. Customer service phone lines are disconnected. Pretty sure this company is going under.

This a a rebrand of the company Spimbey. Google it. SCAM!!!!!

We got scammed by this company as well. Months of emails of excuses as to “why” my playset hadn’t been delivered yet and repeatedly being told it would be delivered in 2-5 days however, they were never able to provide tracking information. It never arrived, obviously. I asked multiple times to cancel the order but eventually had to cancel the payment on my end. I had hoped to have a playset for my daughter to enjoy all fall and am so disappointed I fell for this scam.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a play set August 6th. They sent an email saying it shipped August 31st, but never actually shipped it. Made up excuses and lies for the next 2 months, still never shipped it. Changed color because they said they could ship it immediately, and lied about that again. Now waiting to get a refund 3 months later after being lied to multiple times.

Stay away from them, they have no idea what they are doing.

I think all of these reviews are fake as their is another profile with many negative reviews about Petit Seal.

Although the delivery was delayed by a month, the quality and look of the playset exceeded my expectations. Absolutely worth the wait.

Play mats are perfect for our baby. Soft and colorful. Great product!

Tipi tent is fantastic. Easy to set up and my kids love it.

Handmade pillows are lovely and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

BEWARE - the outdoor play sets advertised on their page are identical to a former scam previously name Spimbey.
There is a Facebook page of over 1,000 customers that did not receive their play set and many that never received their money back!

Notice that none of the reviews on here have photos and are all created within the same week.

Indoor play set is a lifesaver. Keeps the kids entertained for hours.

Climbing frame is perfect for our backyard. Kids love it and it's very safe.

Drinking bottle is excellent. Durable and spill-proof. Great product!

Backpack is adorable and very practical. My child loves it.

Play mats are perfect for our baby. Great quality and easy to clean. Highly recommend.

The tipi tent is a big hit with my kids. It's their favorite play space now.

Handmade pillows are lovely. soft and beautifully crafted. Very satisfied.

Climbing frame is fantastic! Safe, sturdy, and loads of fun for the kids.

The backpack we got is super cute and functional. My kid loves taking it to school.
