I was turned onto petke by our local Key West SPCA, where the director of the SPCA was able to find our 11-year-old cat in their databases through the microchip that was placed in the cat at adoption we were able to go to pet Key and update the proper information so if the cat is ever found it can be returned to his mother we also updated the name from the name they gave him at the adoption as Harry to Captain Boo,

he lives on a boat in Key West and will be running for mayor,
now thanks to petkey and their services !

I haven't had to use my chip so far, thank God. But I have lost pets in the past, and found lost pets, I am happy that I have some security that should my pet get lost, she has a better chance of coming home safe. Thank you

Easy to setup, went with the lifetime option hope I never have to use it

I am so glad to have my dog registered in PetKey. She is a "runner" and sometimes gets loose. I feel this is a tool that will assist me in recovering my pet if the need arises.

I was thrilled when my cat was located after having been missing for 9 weeks. So glad she was chipped. It was a bit of a hassle to change the name under which she was registered. She was a Christmas present and was registered to the person who gave her to me.

Very simple to register

Excellent idea to have such a comprehensive program in place to assist with lost or stolen pets. I hope and pray I never need to use it but feel great that its there!

The rep seemed nice and that was good, although I thought she was a bit hesitant about the order, but did finished the order. Although I have NOT seen the purchase arrive at my home. That’s not good business, 6 weeks later and still no merchandise I ordered. You want my money for services &items, and I want what I paid for. If you can’t fill it, refund it!!

My order was in January still haven’t received my merchandise & it’s March 14th.
You get a big fat zero 0.
Nor heard back from them with the emails I sent!! Terrible customer service
