We bought the litter box and feeder and both are life changing.

We bought the litter box and feeder and are loving both. It took a little training with the litter box, but now it's life changing not having to scoop all the time. We had an issue with the feeder bowl breaking at the connection to hold it to the feeder, but Petlibro's outstanding customer service took care of it right away. we are very happy with the products and would highly recommend.

Thanks to PetLibro I can sleep through my cat’s 4:00 AM feeding!

My cat is starving at 4:00 AM and I am craving sleep. I’ve just gotten the Polar Wet Food Feeder and this is going to be such a help to us both! The design of this device has so many helpful and innovative features. I had a problem with shipping and the company stayed with me until I received a replacement. I also had a question about cleaning and they provided a very thorough answer. Customer service personnel were also very pleasant to work with.

Customer service don’t disappoint

The customer service here is excellent! I had issues with one other feeder and they sent me a new one, yet again I had issues with all 3 of my feeders and they were able to quickly get back to me saying it was defective and are sending me 3 whole new ones!

The item I purchased arrived in a…

The item I purchased arrived in a shipping package that looked like it had been used as a football and sealed by a toddler. The shipping box had clearly been recycled and was falling apart. When I opened it, not difficult to do as it was held together by a few strips of cello tape. The item inside was loose, no protective packing material was used and its packaging was dented.
When I contacted the company they said they couldn't locate my order, (though I replied to their e mail shipping order confirmation) and said the damage was not their responsibility because I purchased the item from another vendor. I then proved that I ordered from their website directly and I am waiting for a resolution. I have no idea what the product is like because I am not even going to open the box as the item inside is very probably damaged.
Petlibro replied and offered to replace the fountain or refund my money. I elected to open the original shipment and the fountain appears to work despite its rough treatment. Their consideration and responsiveness made this consumer less angry and disappointed. I hope the product serves me well and if it does I will purchase from them again.

Excellent support

I purchased 3 of these feeders due to one of my cats needing an expensive special diet food. They work wonderfully. One malfunctioned and I was walked thru all the steps to attempt to fix it but in the end it needed replaced. The entire process was very quick and easy, no hassle at all. Jamee was very friendly and helpful. They shipped out a replacement at no cost to me and it came very quickly. I would most definitely recommend this company and their products to anyone.

Great customer service, easy to work with

The pet libro polar auto feeder was a lifesaver for me and my IBD kitty who needs small frequent meals and we don’t do any dry food! After a year of working perfectly with really no issues, my feeder stopped getting cold. I contacted customer service online and was almost immediately answered, they gave me a few trouble shooting measures to try which unfortunately didn’t work. Again, almost immediately replied when I told them it didn’t work and went ahead and sent me a brand new machine! I am thrilled with how easy they made it

Nightmare Customer Service after their own shipping error

Update: I really appreciate the team letting me keep the product. However, I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed by the frequent requests to update my review lately.
Personally, I'm currently dealing with some medical issues and need to focus on my recovery, so the constant follow-ups felt a bit like a lot of pressure. It hasn't been the most comfortable experience for me. I hope the team can be a bit more mindful of customers' personal situations and improve the service approach in the future.

I ordered the PETLIBRO One RFID Smart Feeder. Due to a logistical error on their end( it wasn't pleasant experience. My cat got surgery and she needed her own feeder immediately.) they sent me a duplicate unit.I reported the extra delivery, but the following support process has been incredibly frustrating and demanding.
Here is exactly what they required me to do for a mistake THEY made:
They asked me to take multiple photos of the large shipping box from different angles.(It was acceptable.)Also, demanded a close-up photo of the product barcode on the side of the box.
After I provided all the photos, they sent me a return label and told ME to contact the shipping carrier myself to schedule a doorstep pickup.
When I explained that I was physically unable to handle the logistics or make phone calls due to health reasons, they actually asked if I had "a family member or someone else" who could call the courier on my behalf.
It is shocking that a company expects a customer to take on the administrative burden and labor of fixing their own shipping mistake. Instead of simply arranging a pickup themselves or letting the customer keep the unit, they chose to repeatedly pester an ill customer to do their work for them.
The product is fine, but if you encounter any shipping issues, expect zero empathy and a lot of unnecessary work.

Petlibro is amazing!

Petlibro products and service are top tier! I have 3 cats of different ages and different appetites and dietary needs and was struggling to manage who is eating what from whose dish. Their RFID Smart feeders saved the day. And my cats weren’t drinking enough water from still dishes and I found them drinking from the sink. Petlibro Dockstream fountains are a game changer—my cats love them, I can see how much they are drinking in the app, they run silent stainless steel tray and modular design are so easy to clean. The app is really well designed and easy to install and use with central one stop, full control of devices and helpful maintenance reminders. The Scout smart camera was a great addition for me to check on them while I’m away. The camera recognizes each cat moves to follow them and sends photos to the app tracking different activities (eating, playing etc). Petlibro service is also fantastic. I had a problem with one of my feeders and they responded promptly and arrays replacement. They also have a helpful website and FAQ section with handy access through the app with videos to walk you through the maintenance steps like cleaning the fountains. Lastly our eldest kitty has some health issues so I just purchased the Luma litter box that will help me track who used it when, and with the specially designed litter what types of issues they may have so we can detect issues easily and early. Petlibro has everything I need to care for my furry family — I can’t recommend them enough!!!

All of the water & feeder products are…

All of the water & feeder products are amazing! I can worry about lot less about my senior now. Transitioning away from free feeding was a task but the automatic feeder really helps. Especially having a camera to see who’s there. Unfortunately the slow feeder bowl wasn’t slow feeding my girl enough and I reached out to return the bowl only to discover they had an additional bowl! Kristine shipped it for free and didn’t require me to send the other back! Wonderful & fast customer service. Highly recommend!

Fast Response from Support

After a firmware update the camera stopped working on my feeder. I contacted support, thinking it would be days before I heard form anyone, but they were prompt (probably within an hour) with troubleshooting steps. Unfortunately we weren't able to resolve the issue and I was offered a gift card for 50% reimbursement of my purchase (it was that or send me a new device and I was looking to upgrade anyway to a dual feeder).

These feeders are exactly what I...

These feeders are exactly what I needed. I have 2 cats, with different dietary needs and they are indoor cats only so they aren't microchipped. Having the collars works perfectly. One of my cats needed to acclimate to it but I think because it's so quiet that he warmed up to it pretty quickly. I love the app and being able to set schedules. I love being able to see what times they go to the feeder. I love the customization. Wonderful product. 10/10, highly recommend.
