Misleading shipping and Rude customer service
I sent an email after I placed my order on Thursday, Nov. 27. It was regarding estimated shipping of $0 and then I got charged for shipping after I completed payment. I sent screen grabs to show. I asked to get refunded shipping and if that couldn't be done then cancel my order. I feel it is deceptive of a business.
Today, Nov. 30, I received notice that FedEx had received my shipping info. Obviously no one read my email. I called your customer service line and talked with Alice. She was rude, interrupting me as I spoke several times and talking over me. That brought my blood pressure up and angered me. What ever happened to polite customer service people? She said she couldn't do anything about my order or the shipping and referred me to a voice mail of her manager that was on vacation. A lot of good that would do.
I am not happy with this transaction and your customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I will never order from your company again and will leave negative feedback on every outlet that I can. You have pissed off the wrong person.
