Second review

I posted an explanation a couple of years ago as to why I think this company is fraudulent and deserves just one star. They got back to me recently and posted a response to my review that they were ready to make things right. I contacted them, and learned that they were willing to pay me $5 to take the review down. After spending $60 on a defective product, this was barely worth my time. Don't take chances; shop someplace else!

This is amazing..!

This is amazing! The fabric is really of great quality,the size is perfect, and the print is bold. I just love it and i would recommend it to anyone! My 45b. dog is very comfortably in the large,my dogs gets a place to hide out also.

Excellent experience with Petocart!

I ordered a slanted cat scratching post on March 23, 2018. It was delivered today, March 30, 2018! When I sent an email to their support, I got an answer within hours assuring me my order had been placed. Several days later, they sent an email with a tracking number. I am VERY pleased with their operation. Great effort to keep me informed. FIVE STARS!

Absolute hell to navigate around that …

Absolute hell to navigate around that godforsaken help banner!!! Promised a discount code and wouldn't work when I punched it in finally after fighting the banner...tried to charge me for 4 items, not one...SCAM!!! Finally just closed browser and came here to rant! I feel better, thanks!

FALSE ADVERTISING...STILL ON THEIR SITE AFTER 2 DAYS

petocart-bench-field-holistic-natural-feline-treats- This is what I ordered...The add clearly shows 3 containers of Holistic Natural Feline Treats...I order 2 orders assuming I would receive 6 containers in total. I received an email stating I would receive only ONE, 3 ounce container! Seriously? Is this filet mignon or gold! Time to contact Attorney General on this company. Totally false advertising. HOWEVER, I am fortunate in that they immediately refunded my PAYPAL account. If you do not use PAYPAL, you should...best way to charge on line. I must say, customer service was not rude and responded immediately to email and phone call. Even Airlines, whey they mis-advertise honor their error. If Petocart removed this item and corrected, fine, but it is still on there. I am very disappointed and disheartened and..............clearly, by the reviews of this Company, not alone. I should have read the reviews first, as I normally do prior to shopping and would have saved myself all this aggravation. Hopefully this review ill help people.

Don't use this company

Don't use this company. My order number was #PET16133. I ordered cat food from them and it was clearly listed on their web sight as 24 2.8 oz cans for 11.89 +3.95 s&h. So fast forward a week and I get one 2.8 oz can of cat food shipped from a totally different third party vendor and sent via USPS when I was provided a fed ex tracking #. I call the 24/7 customer service line, and they tell me they cant help over the phone and to send them an e-mail. So I send them an e-mail with my order number and tell them what happened. The response I got was that I had received what I ordered and it was my mistake for not reading the description carefully. So first I take a screenshot of the order and I send it to them as well as a link to the page I had ordered from that clearly listed the quantity and price in the description, and after I get no response I call back the 24/7 customer service. The representative I get this time tells me his internet is down and he can't bring up his website or the picture and link I had provided them. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I am told that I will receive a call back within a half hour. 45 minutes later with no call I call them back and immediately ask to speak to a supervisor and the guy who answered tells me that it just so happens he is a supervisor. I go over again what has happened and also point out the fact that they don't even list single cans of this cat food for sale. After a bit the guy comes back on the line and I am told it was their mistake because they had listed the product incorrectly (in the wrong category, at the wrong price, and with the wrong quantity). At first he tells me that he can send me out a label and that when I receive the label I can ship it to them and then they will process it and send me a refund and that it's their policy not to issue a refund until they receive all products back. I told him not a chance this was 100% your fault and besides that I had already fed my cat the single can of food that I had received. Finally I am told that if the cat ate the food and it's gone then they can in fact give me a refund and that it should show up within 2-3 days on my card. We will see what happens...

If they're not a scam they're as close as it comes.

Ordered my item. Weeks later it didn't show up, so I emailed them. They gave me a sob story about how they're a small business and this ($21.27 item) represents a huge loss to them.

I asked for proof of shipping. They asked for 48 hours to provide it. They never provided it. How hard is it to scan a receipt that demonstrates you shipped something even if you don't have a tracking number?

After threatening to call the state AG I had a refund within an hour. My guess is they just want people to forget about their orders until it's too late so they can collect your money without actually providing anything.

An absolute scam

An absolute scam. When I submitted my purchase, they instantly hit my credit card. Google shows Petocart to be a Kenyan company with a huge history of scam events. Bank has killed my card, and I now face two weeks to get a new card, and a 60-mile drive to the bank to sign affidavits to recover the money. Don't use them!

Company is a Scam

I ordered 5 bags of cat litter. They sent me an email saying it would take 2 - 5 weeks to come from their overseas warehouse. Why would American made cat litter be in an overseas warehouse. Never got the litter but got charged on my card. Reporting them but crooks like them always seem to get away with stealing from innocent victims.

Trying to Buy Snake Bedding

Their website said it would take 5-8 business days to be shipped, but then I get an email saying that it is coming from overseas and that it will be 2-5 weeks before I actually get the product. I was trying to save some money by buying it online instead of at PetCo, but I guess if I had gone to PetCo, yes I would have paid about $5-$10 more, but at least I would of had it by now.

World's worst pet supply company!!! Do not buy from!!

Ordered a cat toy ( Christmas present) on Dec 14 thinking 10 days was plenty of time to get here. Now on Dec 22 they refunded my PayPal account with no explanation why!! I looked to see if they were out of the item only to find they had raised the price of the item by over $13 and it was in stock!!! SCAMMERS!!! Have tried calling phone # several times, no answer!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you want nothing but frustration!!!
