Love how they take special care of my Rozie, she don’t gets nervous and they are very patient and kind! Customer Service is excellent and pricing is not over the top for their services!

Great expirience i have 2 labradors and i was looking for a grooming shop and accessories then i find these shop, all i need for my pet is already here great vet great shop great service they have deliveries too.

I think this company is almost outdoing the other competitors simple because, they are offering quality products that are needed by the customers. I was also impressed by how the company relates with the customers. In other words the customer's services are of good quality. The company is recommendable.

I feel like I need more stars to give you people, you have done a great job ever. For a long time, my dog has been stressed up whenever I get home, but now my dog is very active and happy. You are good people therefore I would like to recommend you. You do an excelent job please. You should continue with that spirit.

Mauser & Cheeseburger were back again for a brief stay September 13-17th 2020. They get so excited when I check them in to Pet Paradise... not like some places I used to board them where I could see when I picked them up that they weren't happy to have stayed.
Cheeseburger loves to jump high & catch his treats as does Mauser and the folks at Pet Paradise Charlotte Airport usually take a few pics of my pups flying thru the air in excitement or zooming around the play area. It's like Cheese & Maus are having their own mini vacation too!
Everyone is always so friendly, caring, and patient when answering my questions.

I picked up my dog today around 3:45pm 8/9/2020 from a simple boarding stay for one night. When I got home, I noticed her butt had dried poop all over it. To send a dog home like that is absolutely DISGUSTING and RIDICULOUS. I had a bad experience with even ordering a bath (and not receiving it at all) about two weeks ago and now, this. I have never had bad experiences at all until recently and unfortunately for me, because I have been bringing my dog there for two years (ever since my dog was a puppy) and it’s one bad experience after another at this point. That’s a whole different level to send a dog home to their owners like that.
I hope at least going forward, that you guys at least pay attention to the dogs that you’re sending home and hopefully don’t do that to another family. I will be looking into a new boarding place to take my dog, as that is just disgusting.

Their only response was "It is incredibly unfortunate that we have been unable to meet the mark with you and Kaya but I completely understand your frustration with us. We really do appreciate your feedback. I'm not sure why this keeps happening with Kaya as we do full physicals on all of our guests each time they come in and leave our facility and there was nothing noted of dried feces. If we had noticed that we would have of course given her a bath. I understand that we may have lost your trust and we would hate to see Kaya go. We do have another facility in Huntersville if you'd like to try out a different Pet Paradise."

My response: "I had been so willing to just give another chance, and I did but now, I am regretting it. This took it to a different level. There was no way that a physical was done prior to dismissing her, when I picked her up because it was under her butt and all in the underneath of her tail. Absolutely disgusting. I also do not feel like anyone would be ok with that. The fact that I pay for my dog to stay there just for one night and 1.5 days, and gets sent home like that and still have to pay full price for everything and only given an apology and other options of a different location is disappointing. I have referred so many people to you guys and have taken my dog there for two years now, and I have never felt so unimportant or valued.
This whole situation and experience just makes me sick, even knowing that I have referred people and recommended you guys so highly before and now, this."

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!

I took my pup there for first time day play. I filled out the paperwork and said he was neutered. I watched the cameras for the first am day play, but I didn't see him. I went up to see him after lunch and asked why I didn't see him. They said he wasn't allowed out with the other dogs because he was intact and they called the vet who verified it. First of all, why did you think he was intact and why didn't you call me first? The vet made a mistake and gave the wrong information to them. If I would have not made a visit, he would have never been able to go out with the other dogs. When he was let out with the pm dogs, being the first time with other dogs, he did real well but after awhile sat by his cage and toward the front. Not engaging but interested. When there were people in there, they never once engaged him. He walked up to one person a few times and the person never even looked at him, even when he smelled his feet. The active dogs were engaged. Being a brand new dog to this environment, I would have thought they'd pay a little attention to him. It was a little sad to see, but the most disappointing thing was why they didn't call me when they mistakenly thought he was intact.

This place is amazing we pull into the parking lot and my pugs tail starts wagging. He knows he’s in for a fun filled day. He gets his exercise plays and plays with The other dogs. The staff is friendly caring and loving .No need to worry because they are in good hands. I pick Louie up and he’s tired and ready to go home for his nap.

Pet Paradise NOLA is hands down the best boarding facility I have ever taken my dog to!!! I have a job that takes me away sometimes months at a time, especially during COVID, and without hesitation the PP Team supported me in every way possible. I am thankful for them every day and there is nowhere else I would want my dog. All of them are so incredibly caring and loving towards her I feel like I’m boarding her with my own family!! Any pet you bring here will be incredibly well taken care of and have an absolute blast. Thank you for everything you do for me Pet Paradise!! ❤️

There are a lot of activities for my pet. The staff is very professional and caring. Awesome experience to say the least.

I never used this facility before but I will be coming back after this week. I don’t really trust people with my fur babies, but I definitely trust them, there was on minor issue at playtime but after I called with my concern, they took care of it and no more issues. I called several times because I am a worried pet-parent and they took my concern, serious and reassured me my pets were good and healthy. I was gone for a week and when I got them, they were happy to see me but also I could tell they wanted to spend another day there.

My husband and I were very excited about Pet Paradise coming to our town and took them up on an offer for our pet to spend the day. At this point, we only knew they had a "pet daycare". But were excited for our pet to be able to socialize.
Lauren called us the afternoon before to advise as to a consent form we needed to sign and also inquire about her shots being up to date. She even called our vet for us to assist with the information they needed prior to her arrival. We spent parts of the day watching her enjoy time outside with other pets on a webcam and saw employees petting her and talking to her. I spent some additional time on Pet Paradise's website and found out they also offer grooming services, boarding and vet plans.
I later in the day called and spoke with Yvonne about having Aura groomed while she was there for the day. She asked several questions so she knew about our pet and exactly what we wanted for her. She gave suggestions based on her experience and was all to happy to oblige a last minute appointment.
Later in the afternoon, Rachel called to advise that Aura's grooming was going very well and was very informative about several other questions I had regarding their additional services. We will be trying their vet in the near future and continue to have Aura enjoy day camp with the caring people at Pet Paradise.

Don't even bother with these fools. Scheduled a vet visit for our first time here. At the last minute they canceled and I had to reschedule. Brought my dog this morning. Told them I was here. Waited 15 mins outside in the heat before anyone came out. I gave them my dogs records and signed up for premier plan as I assumed I would be back. They took my card eagerly and ran it through. They then headed back inside. I asked if they could actually take my dog inside since she was panting heavily. They told me it would be 30 mins. So I went home I live only a few mins away. I figured it would be a while based on their track record. When I got home I got a snotty rude call asking where I was. She told me it was not a drop off appointment and I was supposed to stay outside. No one told me that when I took her in and sitting outside in the heat was ridiculous. I went back and demanded to speak with a manager. Vet came out was condescending so I demanded to speak with facility manager. They gave me a number. I told them to cancel my monthly membership and charge me for the services used today. They then took their time bringing her pills out. I called manager from the car and told her their facility was a joke and people were rude. I asked if the had canceled membership. She said yes so I hung up. Since they had been so incompetent at every step of the way, I called back and asked again if the canceled the monthly charge. As expected they had not. I told her to cancel. She said she canceled but there was a balance owing and I told the fourth person in a row to cancel and charge me what was owed that I would rather swallow razor blades than come back. These people are rude, incompetent, and condescending. It's a nice facility and they are eager to get your money but I fear for dogs left there. I will never go back. Disgusting.
