I have had our Wi-Fi cat litter box for quite some time now and found it worked quite well. we stopped using tofu and started using crystals instead found they trap smell a lot better and fall through easy and trap a lot of the urine. Anyhow we did our ritual once a fortnight full clean out and for some reason the machine went out of sync and the door went up instead of closing and then the scoop came up hit door etc, and machine somehow went out of sync. I tried everything I was told to do nothing worked just one of those things at end of day it is a machine and machines break down its life. So, I contacted pawz and got the lovely Chelsea who was so quick at responding and helping me resolve my issues and being so close to Christmas I didn't think much could be done but it's still under warranty, so a full refund was issued. Pawz have given me the best customer service ~ unfortunately my automatic cat litter machine was malfunctioning and when I contacted Pawz they got back to me promptly and after a couple of emails to determine that my machine was faulty they offered a full refund or replacement machine. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service. Thank you again and have a lovely Christmas.

I recently placed an online order for the Pet Grooming Kit. Upon delivery, the item wasn't turning on and had looked like it had a factory fault/issue with it. Got in touch with Chelsea and right away she was able to send out a brand new unit which works perfectly now and both the dog and cat love it. Product is amazing and highly recommend it if you have a dog or cat that sheds a lot. Will be returning back to this store for future supplies.

STAY AWAY from this sham of a business!! I ordered christmas presents on 02 December and didn't hear back from them at all. After following up on it twice, they finally told me today that part of my order is delayed and won't be ready before January. I asked them to send the part that's ready before Christmas and they kept giving me generic responses that 'we will send it as soon as we can'. No care or quality in their customer service and no real person you can talk to on the phone when things go wrong.
Businesses like this will not last long!!!!

The dog bed is super comfortable and well made. My dog rushes to it straight away when I let him inside. He uses the side cushions as a pillow and I hear him snoring away in minutes!! Haha. I think he loves it-- so money well spent, particularly when on sale.

It worked like clockwork from easy ordering to being of great assistance in aidin my dog get onto sofa and bed.

Chelsea was efficient and very helpful in a help chat.
She quickly and easily resolved my query

The Petpawz smart kitty litter is a great product. It was delivered reasonably from online order.

I still have not received my dog bed and ive emailed them now they are sending me another one and also thats been a while now and nothing still has arrived

Product is as advertised. Delivery took two weeks to get acknowledgment from the company and get it sent. Two different tracking numbers didn't work over the two weeks.

Bed is amazing and comfortable and our dog loves it

I recently purchased the PaWz automatic smart cat litter box. It was sent promptly & well packed.
A few weeks later it stopped working. PetPaWz response was quick & efficient & after trying several attempts to fix the problem a refund or replacement was offered. Cannot fault the after sale service with this company.

Apparently pet pawz asked trustpilot to removed all the bad reviews!! What a shame!

Really love the grooming kit. I have 2 pugs and sheds like no tomorrow.. so far this has save my life from all the pug glitters. Initially thought they would get scared but surprisingly, my puggies gave it a go and lovin it..

What an incredible company to deal with. We purchased the automatic litter box for our kitten. An amazing machine that our kitten accepted immediately. Unfortunately the rake become stuck and with many trouble shooting steps taken following the received manual and one I found online, I was unable to fix it. I reached out. Videos were exchanged and as it still didn’t work a replacement has been sent with thanks! I was offered a refund but really believe the next machine will be operational. Thanks again for being so prompt Pawz. Great support.
