NEVER buy anything!! SCAM!!

Don´t buy anything, they will never deliver it and you will loose your money!!

Fake seresto collar

I bought 5 seresto dog collars and 3 cat collars I should have known 198.00 was way way to good to be true. I have been buying them for at least the last 5 to 7 years and have always worked amazingly. I always put them on my pets (and I buy a couple for my daughters) about May here I normally never even see a flea till early July to early August. And I would find them on myself or the grandkids every blue moon from playing in the yard or being in or around the garden. My fur babies and my daughters are ate up with fleas. We have had to give everyone a bath plus spend money I save up to buy the seresto collars in the first place. I have left review after review about the issue and it's weird they disappeared. I have tried to get incantation with customer service many times and nothing. I have now have been working with my bank to dispute this transaction so I can at least get part of what I've spent and had to deal with this summer. Honestly should have known better. The sad thing of it is not everyone who has pets can just go spend the money like I have because I saw a deal that I should have known better then to trust anyone. This really has me in a bind and I just want my money back

Definitely has all the smell and profile of a scam company. "Caveat emptor" , you really buy at your own risk. This lot make Robin Hood look respectable.

I received a fake Seresto collar!!

I received a fake Seresto collar!!! Don't trust this company and don't believe the good reviews.
The box and collar looks like the original but the collar is made of a different material, like soft rubber and it is a different shade of grey. I have a original ones and the material is completely different.
I requested a refund but they didn't answer my email.

Fake Fake Fake

Anyone taken in by the ridiculous positive reviews below needs their head examined. I’m surprised Trustpilot allow this company to write their own nonsensical feedback. ‘Let’s find someone with a basic grasp of English and get them to write a few convincing reviews’. What an insult.
With regards to the dog collar, their description says ‘ Our exclusive blend of natural essential oils, embedded in the collar, is released through our cutting-edge SmartRelease technology.’ This is clearly nonsense, genuine Seresto collars are impregnated with insecticidal chemicals, not essential oils. If you ring up Elanco, the original manufacturers and check the product code against their database, it becomes clear that these are fake, counterfeit collars. And despite what they say, these collars are from China, and fake. Please be warned.

Unhappy with purchase and product. Order #1815

After purchasing two seresto flea collars for my dogs, firstly delivery time was unacceptable and most importantly.. The collars have been on our dogs for around 4 weeks and they haven't made one bit of a difference. Both dogs are still scratching as they were before the collars. I'm not sure what the terms of satisfaction is, but I'm almost sure it was money back guarantee, I'd be pleased to hear from petpet park to discuss this.. Check your items to the real thing…

Check your items to the real thing before trusting. Elanco states their products never come from China. This is a group selling fake products. They show they are out of Germany, billing comes from Ireland, the products come from China. They are not some giant business with offices all over the world like they try to say they are. They are small people stealing Americans money who are trying to get something to save. I have disputed with my Bank as I have contacted this company and bogus email responses days later, now not at all, they provided a different tracking number than the original provided. Yet there is still no information on my shipment. After contacting Elanco, the manufacturer, I found out that some of these Chinese collars are recalled products that were stolen, and being resold. They will cause burns on your pets and can be more harmful than good. There are several reviews popping up after I filled a dispute with them as if they sold many collars within days of my complaint. The reviews all read about the same, yet the date of purchases was months ago. Makes no sense. Im going to post a review pretty quickly after buying something and anyone can leave a review on here. There is nothing proving any of these reviews are real, or even made a purchase, yet I am happy share my tracking number with anyone who ask.

This is a fake site

This is a fake site. Why would someone order a product and then over a month later leave a review. They are not authorized to see these collars, they are knock off fakes. They provide fictious information and then they say you did not give them all your information when their website never asked for it or had a place for it. Their tracking numbers are fake and they get the products from China and then try to sell them as their own. 90% of the positive feedback is the same person, changing some of the details, but says practically the same thing.

It works! The first product we've ever used that actually kills fleas!

Dealing with a persistent flea problem with our outdoor dog in North Carolina has been an ongoing battle. Despite trying numerous remedies and medications, nothing seemed to work. Our dog was miserable, constantly scratching, and covered in fleas nearly year-round.

With skepticism, but desperate for a solution, we decided to give the Seresto collar a try. Despite the initial hesitation due to the price, we were pleasantly surprised by the results. Within days of putting the collar on our dog, we noticed a significant reduction in fleas. Today, there isn't a single live flea on him, and he's finally finding relief from the constant itching and discomfort.

Impressed by its effectiveness, we've also ordered collars for our indoor dog and cat. If these collars continue to provide flea relief for 6-8 months as claimed, they will be worth every penny.

I will update my review in a few months to report on the collar's long-term effectiveness and any potential adverse reactions. For now, I'm thrilled to have finally found a solution to combat the fleas and provide relief for our pets.

Only flea product I'll use

I couldn't agree more - these collars are the best! I've been using them for years and have no intention of switching. They're incredibly durable, lasting through baths and even swims in the lake, while still keeping my pets protected.

Plus, the reflective clips are a fantastic feature, providing added visibility when my pets are out at night. Overall, these collars just keep on working, and I couldn't be happier with them.

In my extremely rural area, fleas have been a persistent problem, particularly during the warmer months. With two large dogs and two cats, managing the flea population has been a challenge. Order went missing but got a full refund

I must admit I was a little disappointed when my order went missing during transit. It was frustrating not knowing where my package was or what had happened to it. However, I reached out to the company's customer service team, and they were quick to investigate the issue.

After checking with the shipping agency, they confirmed that the order had indeed been lost. Despite the initial setback, I was pleasantly surprised when the company promptly issued me a full refund for the lost order.

Extremely disappointed, I ordered Seresto Collars on February 7, 2024 I paid for on February 8 and was sent tracking information that my package had shipped. When I click on the tracking information, (2/13/24) it says waiting for seller to ship. They do not respond to me. I am trying to get a refund.

Item never received, avoid!

I ordered flea treatment from this unknown company as it was a bit cheaper. Never received it. They say it was delivered which isn’t a true. Had to buy again from local shop as my dog couldn’t wait any longer. Still waiting for a refund. Avoid. Looks like a scam company.

A Slight Bump, but Top-Drawer Service

Got me hands full with 7 dogs and 3 cats, you know. Threw down a 1-star initially 'cause the Seresto collars and Frontline Plus for the cats had a bit of a scuff in the package. Just being straight with you.

Now, here's the twist – PetPet-Park's service? Proper top-drawer. Shot 'em a pic of the hiccup, and they jumped on it like a cat on a mouse. Sorted it out sharpish, quick and proper.

Thinking I'll stick with PetPet-Park for the long haul. Delivery is quick as a flash!!! 9 days flat!!! all the way from Germany!!! Can't fault it. Give 'em a whirl – solid recommendation. Cheers!

Quick update On 24.1.16–
been using the products for near enough 2 months now, and I've got to say, they're the bee's knees. All those pesky fleas gone in 48 hours, no word of a lie. Same quality as the local store, but get this, the price was only 40%.

Definitely a solid 5-star in my book! Got a plan in the works to regularly snag their products – got a whole squad of furry babies to keep happy. Top-notch stuff!"
